Just like to say a massive thanks to WILL not only did he remember me from when he fixed my phone a few months back!

But when I go in to Apple he is always friendly and willing to help I was in a rush this week and he was very helpful and efficient

He passed me over to Michelle to complete my transaction and the poor girl was still smiling even though she had lost her voice.

These two are a credit to the store !!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Annalee was awesome. I went in to look at the new Apple Watch, ultra two. She totally listened to what I was looking for, and even though I didn’t purchase today, she gave me all the information that I needed to make me more confident about the decision I want to make moving forward. Thank you Annalee for a very pleasant shopping experience.

If you like Apple stuff this is the place to come its a 5* experience. Helpful staff and all the tech you need.

Came in today with an issue with my airpods that i purchased in December. I was met with a lovely lady that took down my information and seated me. I was then met by a man who was excellent and gave me a replacement for the faulty airpods. Great customer service and lovely people!! :))

The staff are great, you can test out the products before buying them. Also, when you want to purchase a product they will tell you the basics of the product if you have never had a product like that before so that you know how to use it and don’t even need to use YouTube to learn all about the product. They will come over to you to pay, so you don’t even need to go over to a checkout because there is no checkouts so you don’t even need to wait.

Huge thank you to Scott at Apple for his knowledge, reassuring manner and friendliness tonight. Great to feel more confident on some of the new devices and helpful to know about the in store classes for all levels for family members.

Even though it is busy on weekends, staff is really nice to answer all your questions and assist wherever needed.

Lovely Apple Store, always helpful staff members and it’s always in prestine condition. Very very busy at peak times so avoid those times

I recently visited to get help and advice about my phone. I was given help within 30 minutes. The person who fixed my phone was Paul, I would like to say thanks as he was polite and helpful, he also explained everything he was doing with my phone.

Staff are so nice and friendly, I was told by some friends you need an appointment to buy stuff but then other friends said you did not. To clear this up, you need an appointment when booking in broken items but not when your buying. You give them ur name and they add you to Alist then call you. It was our 1st time buying an apple mac Pro with final cut. I thought I could just go buy it and bring it home. That is not the case, we brought it and have to wait under 10days for the program to be installed on the laptop then apple send it out. Just letting you know so your children do not get there hopes up for taking it home straight away but this is only if ir having packages added!

Brought an Macbook Pro online and went to collect. A bit of a wait but real easy. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and we had quite the discussion on tec. All in all a great shopping experience.

Came in to get a new phone and watch. I was assisted by a lovely member of staff who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable she answered all my questions explained all the different types of finance and deals that apple do. She informed me she would check to see if you can get it cheaper she found it cheaper and matched this and saved me £60.00. I would recommend apple bluewater and will use again when I update my phone.

I’ve been to this store many many times over the years and have always had good service. I purchased a phone in the pandemic and even with all the restrictions in store it was still a good experience. I went in yesterday for an issue and actually really enjoyed my visit! The staff were so friendly, helpful and my issue was sorted very quickly, I was recommended some new apps for my children and walked away with a 2 year old in tow thinking it was a quick and easy visit.
