Browns Bluewater

Took my friend here for afternoon tea for her birthday. Served by Sarah. Very nice lady and super efficient. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, Afternoon tea was beautifully presented with a good selection of mini sandwiches and cakes. All delicious. Good selection of teas. Enjoyed our time here. Would definitely revisit.

Sunday lunch of roast beef £18.90
Found Browns in Bluewater by mistake as I was charging my car. I saw the Sunday Roast advertised and thought I would try it.
I was very pleased I did.
The restaurant is stunning with a very calm atmosphere.
I have pictured the food I received.
The beef was tender not stringy with little fat.
Roast potatoes
Yorkshire pudding was light and not greasy.
Roast parsnip, greens and runner beans.
A generous side of gravy.
Thoroughly enjoyable and attentive service.
With a pot of Earl grey tea and service charge the total was £26.25.
Very good value for the quality of food and the service.
I will be a regular!!!

I was celebrating my birthday meal and I cannot fault the waiting staff for how enthusiastic and attentive they are especially Kevin, he works incredibly hard and he was very knowledgeable about the drinks and food choices. Incredibly kind and overall great service!
The complimentary birthday mini pudding was so cute!

Lovely place to have brunch, went for traditional breakfast with tea and Dominic was really friendly and accommodating within a nice environment.

Quality meat and ingredients used and I think it’s good value for money as get a big portion.

Will definitely try roast next time

Went to Brown's for their afternoon tea. It was £23 person so reasonably priced. We had server Jess who was very helpful. The cakes were all good quality. There was a nice selection of sandwiches and unlimited tea.

I booked a family birthday lunch here and so glad I did, had a fabulous time. Lovely welcome of soft piano music, subtle lighting and most importantly the Sunday roast was spot on and the service was great! I’ll definitely be dining here again.

Lovely restaurant, come here at Christmas and the food was cooked perfectly, service was fast. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our girls Afternoon tea at Brown's. Staff so friendly, the food was excellent. Service from Lennie was very good, attentive but not over the top. She even had a conversation with my 10 month old great grand daughter. Will be back to try out the lunch menu soon.

Browns is a lovely restaurant. Great atmosphere. Spacious seating which I think is important when sitting with family and friends eating a meal. Gentle music. The staff cannot do more for you, and are super friendly and approachable. I often visit a Browns restaurant as the food selection is amazing, and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend, and would always suggest Browns as a place to eat and or drink to all my family and friends.

First time in this lovely restaurant.
I been with my friend for the first time and I'm sure is not going to be the last time.
From the beginning the experience was outstanding, if I'm not wrong, the manager seat us, such a lovely lady.
My friend asked for the gluten free menu, the manager was very conscious about giving all the information need to know, very professional.
We been served by a lovely and young lady, her name is Jess, very professional. The full staff was polite and make us feel welcome. Service was excellent 10/10
Food was outstanding, I ate a delicious prawn & crab linguine, 100% recommended
For pudding I had a delicious brownie and honeycomb ice cream. I had a delicious baileys hot chocolate 100% recommended.
I can say the experience was outstanding, the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice.
Everything was perfect.
I'm looking forward to return to this awesome restaurant.

We came for a family lunch on Thursday and had a fantastic time. We were served by Jess who made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after us really well. Everyone’s food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit from start to finish. The entire team are so friendly and do their absolute best for guests at all times. It can be difficult finding restaurants who are accommodating for children but my two felt very comfortable and had a great time, as did we. I’d highly recommend a visit! Thank you to Jess and the kitchen team :)

Birthday surprise for my daughter her son organised it all. 💙 The service was fantastic the waiters were so friendly and looked after all our needs. Food was absolutely fantastic 😋 atmosphere also lovely. Defo recommend can't wait to go back. Thank you 👌

Jerry was our waiter and he was really friendly and efficient - well done Jerry!! Food great - delicious, hot and beautifully presented. Lovely atmosphere and we loved that we had space and weren't crammed together with other tables, like some restaurants and even other branches of Browns (Windsor). A little bit too dimly lit however...love dimly lit/mood lighting but I still need to read the menu! Thanks for a lovely experience. I'm sure I'll be back!!

The amosphere was nice. The waiting staff wearing long white aprons gave an air of French tradition, which in an area crammed with modern eateries was refreshing.
Nice menu offering a good and varied choice of dishes without being too extensive. The food was excellent with nice size portions for our requirements.
Our waitress was friendly, attentive and efficient.
The only negative was a young clearer who asked if we wanted our main courses whilst I was still finishing my first!

We visited for a special occasion and were hugely impressed. The staff, particular Sarah, went over and above to make my friend’s birthday brunch memorable - it was just perfect! Thank you!

Lennie at Browns Bluewater provided wonderful service during my visit. Her friendly and helpful attitude made our Lunch experience enjoyable.

Lennie was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us at just the right times without being intrusive.

Her pleasant demeanor and attention to detail contributed to a positive dining atmosphere. It's evident that she takes pride in her work and cares about her customers' experience.

I appreciate Lennie's efforts in making our meal pleasant and would gladly return to Browns Bluewater for her excellent service. She's a great asset to your team!

Waiters were excellent, very helpful and a pleasure actually. I am gluten free and all was well except one cake substitute beith was just cream which was disappointing. My three friends loved everything they had for their afternoon tea. Would definitely go back. Maybe the lemon mouse could be served without the base for us gluten frees.

Always had a great experience in Brown's Bluewater! We absolutely love the service and the food is amazing.
You get what you paid for ! Why do people complain it is expensive? Have you tried the steak? It is the best steak I had so far.
We also booked for New year s Eve. Price is decent and you can have a great evening with family in a good atmosphere.
Keep it up guys, you doing a good job.
