I found the guys at Sevenoaks Computers helpful and with a wealth of knowledge. We asked a lot of questions about my son's PC build and they were only too happy to provide the answers and support where necessary.

My experience with Sevenoaks Computers was a very good one,excellent service from my first enquiry about upgrading my excisting computer to a new one . I gave my requirements of what i wanted and was phoned back within a couple of hours with a price of how much it would cost, I agreed and paid the shop the money and my new computer was built and ready to be collected a week later. All the required items from my old computer were transferred and i was kept informed all the time . This was my first time of using Sevenoaks Computers and i found the staff all very helpful. I would recomment them to anyone looking to buy or upgrade their computer. Very satisfied.

Really helpful shop. My laptop was terminated today and they helped me recover my data. It was cost effective and they gave me some really good advice. Highly recommended. Considering I have a deadline for Wednesday I can now Carry on my work on my pc.

Got in contact with Sevenoaks computers at 10am was told they would give me a call back and sure enough one of the tech called me back and said they could help me with my newly built gaming pc I had ordered a 11gen i7 11700k and a Asus prime z490 motherboard and it would not boot as the bios was set to 10th gen Intel and had no bios usb flash on this motherboard Sevenoaks computers were the only company out of the 25 to 30 pc repair company's I had called in the Kent area that could help with issue went to there shop to be greater by a lovely young lady asked me my name the paperwork was already printed ready to go she handed me my paper work was told it would be about an hour or so went off to the pub was coming up to an hour the tech called me to update me there was an issue with one of the hard drives in the pc and he needed another half hour and the pc would be ready returned to the shop the pc was fully working the bios was up to date to take the 11th gen intel chip I had purchased Windows was install so over all a very present experience with the staff at Sevenoaks computers would highly recommend them for any pc needs you have

For many years I have had excellent service and advice from Sevenoaks Computers. Today's experience was outstanding. We had a problem with our TP links system. I called them just after 9.00 a.m. today, a Monday, their engineer was here within 30 minutes and the requisite remedial work was completed by 10.30 a.m. I'd challenge anyone to better that.

I was recommended to this firm by two independent people. I requested Sevenoaks computers to help me with an error message alerting me to back ups being prevented. I also requested them to load windows 365 and sort out multiple outlook problems. They attended at my home the next day resolving all issues within an afternoon together with a brief telephone call using remote access the next day. Both gentlemen who helped me were courteous, pleasant and capable. I thank them most sincerely for saving me a great deal of time at a reasonable cost.

Have used this place for many years, always helpful. They have repaired many of my devices, I have also purchased and upgraded devices with them.

Life-saving, quick laptop fix, great value! Hard-drive replaced, all files recovered. Laptop was completely non-reponsive, not booting, now it's as speedy as it was 7 years ago when new. Very quick - they turned it around within 2-3 days (well worth paying the extra for the priority service), and good communication throughout. I have never used a computer shop before (I've always been a bit cynical) - and this is the first time I've had a major problem. It makes me wonder if I could have used them earlier! Money so well spent, and so good to a local shop where you can trust the people who are taking care of your equipment.

They speedily and successfully helped me with a photo recovery task which had defeated all generally available recovery programs. Their modest bill was the best money that I have spent this year! One very happy customer.

I have just received top quality service from Sevenoaks Computers and want to thank them! Unfortunately I did not get the name of the engineer that specifically took time to help me but everyone in store was helpful and professional.
I phoned in a panic regarding a computer error that needed fixing asap, the managed to fit me in straight away, they then worked as quickly as possible (far quicker than i had been quoted elsewhere) to resolve the issue and allowed me to come back to store at 6pm as that suited me better and in doing so worked beyond the closing time to ensure they had tried everything to resolve my issue.
