Nice big spacious Tesco with good customer service.

I honestly don't really know what I can say about this place. It's nice,has everything you need and the staff working there are very nice. I love the idea of 'scan as you shop' as it really saves time so I reccomend you start using it if u haven't already.

Been wanting to try the cafe for a while, food was lovely and had a delicious pot of tea. The perfect finish after a shop, talk of that, they normally have everything you want but the friendly staff will always help if you can't spot it. Security can be mean and won't let us park our scooters inside and that's why I prefer bullwell although he is a nice guy and is only doing his job. Thank you guys

Large car park makes parking easy as uses spaces free. Large store selling most essential items as well as having a cafe, toliets, electrical items and clothes. Self service checkouts and staffed checkouts. Usually has a range of special offers and promotions. Good store and easy to move around the store.

Was charged too much on one of their deals, the woman at customer services sorted it immediately and refunded the error. Give the people who staff that counter a raise, the shop was incredible busy and they were running around sorting everyone's issue in a flash.

There are all products. You can buy immediately for a week. There is parking nearby. Discounts.

Once i was in there someone Played a song thet i remember it went like "never gonna give you up never gonna let you down never gonna run around and hurt you ,never gonna make you cry ,never gonna say goodbye, never gonna turn around and hurt you" i think when someone plays it from a link or something and they didn't know it was that song, it is called a rickroll

I have been a customer at the Tesco Top Valley store since it first opened many years ago.
The store has evolved over the years and is now at the top of its game. It is an excellent place to shop, with a good choice of merchandise at competitive prices.
There have been vast improvements in the development of customer service and staff training.
Everyone who works there is friendly, efficient and extremely helpful.
I visit the cafe on a regular basis and always enjoy the experience there. I have introduced friends to the store and they also enjoy visiting.

Excellent - will definitely call again when passing

I've always found the staff here really friendly, especially the woman on the self checkouts on a night shift, but the during the pandemic I just had a baby who I was taking to hospital and stopped off at tesco on the way to quickly pick up some provisions. I forgot a mask in my flustered state and the man on the door was really helpful, providing one for me and being generally helpful and understanding. It really helped me at the time so well done tesco :)

Came on Xmas eve morning, gone 1am. They had loads of staff and we managed to get our vegan daughter a butternut squash wellington for.xmas day! Perfect. Well happy 😁

Great place to shop and be served by an excellent team of managers and employees. Customers and staff alike make every effort to be socially distanced in my experience and it's a pleasure to shop there.

Visited the store this morning, i was impressed of how the team kept their spirts up, whilst tirelessly re stocking shelves. You all did a fantastic job.up the good work

We are regular customers at tesco top valley . One of the greatest experience we have had is the excellent customer service and support we get is from an employee who is on the checkout desk her name is LAURIE BILTON. She is fantastic, she is a lady who makes us want to continue shopping there. I just hope that her salary matches her quality. Thank Laurie for your brilliant customer service.
