Really nice little shop I enjoyed shopping here the sales assistants were very friendly and helpful. Small but diverse and quality selection of the Reiss range for both men and women. Highly convenient if you're on your way somewhere or stop at London Bridge station and want to have a browse - very much recommended!

Good service but small with limited selection

Just received my order this morning from London Bridge and I must say that the quality of the items that I purchased are of the lowest quality. I ordered the green fleece with blue jogging bottoms, the fleece is made from the cheapest of fabrics and the joggers to match had one pocket zip that was not completely stitched into the jogger's material properly. Obviously, London Bridge doesn't work with a quality control policy because if they did the joggers wouldn't have been sent to dispatch to be despatched with half a zip stitched. I'm very disappointed with London Bridge...

I love Reiss, it's clothes and customer service, however I was very disappointed with the service in the shop at London Bridge. It appears that a gentleman who served me had a vague understanding of the Refund Policy of the items that were purchased online. And because of that he had a strong attitude against me, speaking over me and making assumptions, with the rhetoric being "your should call the customer service and solve the issue yourself".

HORRIBLE refund experience. If you buy clothing from any Reiss - CAREFULLY double check there are no scuffs/marks. I purchased a shirt from a different Reiss for my partner and it did not fit him correctly. Tried to return the shirt here and they said it had been worn. Tags were still on but yes, it had a scuff on the collar. I guess someone had worn and then returned the shirt previous to me and now they wouldn’t take it back. I didn’t look close enough when I bought it for my partner/trusted I wouldn’t have to worry at a high end store like Reiss. Really disappointed that they were so dismissive and now I can’t return it even though they were at fault!
