I recently visited the store to set up 5G home hub service. Houmed provided exceptional customer service. Even though I arrived late, he kindly waited after his shift ended to assist me. When we hit a snag with the account application, he persevered and found a solution. Houmed impressed me with his expertise and patience throughout the process.

Welcomed us as soon as we entered, very friendly staff, helpful and quick to act. They helped my mom with her SIM card and replaced her screen protector. Very quick and efficient service - a fun visit to Three this Sunday! 😍

Visited the location in Brunswick to get temporary wi-fi for the apartment. Great staff that was very knowledgeable. Small store but would recommend it to friends and family looking for internet service or a mobile phone.

Bought a Google pixel 7 and changed my plan. Took hours to get it sorted as it was done by staff in training. Not exactly a problem. But I was promised 3 months free of charge on my contract which did not happen. Contacted the customer service a number of times and checked with the store manager. Still got charged for it. Horrible customer service. Giving up on arguing and just paying for it. If I knew how bad it was gonna be, I'd have changed the provider long time ago.

I have been a customer of Three for 5 years.
On March 2nd my iPhone 15 Pro was stolen in Zara Duke of York Square. I made a Report to Meet the Police.
I then went to Three to ask for help and information, only to be told that I had to contact customer service.
I signed a contract for a mobile phone for the first time in my life, with full Coverage.
I contacted SquareTrade, the insurance company of Three and was told that I had to block the cell phone. Information that was not given to me in your store either on the 2nd of March or on the 3rd of March when I went to make a copy of my Sim.
The employees were quite indifferent to my situation, even when I was with my 23-month-old baby, with this anxiety.
Since March 6th, I have sent all the evidence requested by the Square Trade team, Proof of Robbery reported, Meet police, Location of Icloud, Bill of Zara....
SquareTrade made me make a Loss report that I paid extra money and then a theft report... they made an error in my process... according to them I should have just made a theft report.
Today is the 18th of March and I still have no answer about my Claim.
I received my bill to pay, when I'm not using your internet and calling services, yes because with my new contract I pay £20 for unlimited calls, plus internet, meaning after 5 years I have a more expensive contract and it happens in this situation.
One small question! Can all of you in this store spend more than 15 days without a cell phone?
In 2024 where society has to use its cell phone for everything, to have an app for every simple activity in everyday life.
For me, this cell phone is the emergency contact number for my baby and work supplies.

It can't be that you have a store open and simply don't help your customers in any way, the employees on the 2nd and 3rd of March were on their cell phones with WhatsApp messages and were not professional enough to tell me anything I should do.

You just want to make new contracts for customers who have already been loyal for 5 years, update according to what the lady told me when she proposed a new cell phone, with full Cover...

I have already received my new bill to pay full price without any consideration for your client who cannot use the service.

Because I don't have an answer from SquareTrade or Three...
I'm always the one to contact you and they tell me on the cell phone many times after waiting 1 hour for them to answer my call, "Your process is being evaluated by the Validation team. You have to wait another 48 hours." They never send me an email or contact me to inform me of the status of my process.
I would just like to know if I have to work with my lawyer to cancel my and my family's contract with Three and buy a new cell phone.
As you must understand, after waiting 16 days for a solution, I URGENTLY need a cell phone.
