This is a great local independent health food shop. Some products are cheaper than what I’ve found elsewhere with some good offers on. They are also flexible and can order things in! They have a good stock of natural and organic products. Staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely worth a visit, you never know what you may find!

Lovely shop, really pleasant staff, always nice offers. I love coming here for fresh eggs or a quick healthy take away snack. Amazing selection of organic teas as well.

I visited here last week for something that is both hard to get and in this country rather expensive it seems. Apricot Kernels (bitter).I could not believe it so to speak but they had some and were just under £4 for a reasonable size bag. 21 a day split into 3 servings.
The staff were extremely helpful and unexpectedly aware.
Many thanks and I will most certainly be going back again.
