Love 'em!!! Absolutely love these guys!!! Took a while building a rapport, but they are really sweet and have a brilliant sense of humour!!! This business prems has turned over a few different management over the years, but Forestdale has been lucky again and got another bunch of lovely management!! Being handed what appears to be a really really heavy parcel that is actually featherlight is the young man's current favourite ploy.....🤣🤣🤣 and he catches me out every bloody time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff are very helpful despite having problems trying to get my parcel qr code clicked but refused but the nice gentleman helped me what's gone wrong.and now problem resolved..thankyou crossway food & wine..

This is one of the best local little stores around. I had to go back today as Amazon had sent me the wrong sized shoe to my order. I'd left my mobile at home as the battery had died,and I thought I'd taken a screen shot of the QR code on my tablet,which is WiFi connection only, but nope!!! The young men in the store were brilliant. One of them set up a hot spot from his mobile so that I could connect and get the code on my email. Wonderful service and saved me a second trip once my mobile had charged enough to walk back out in this lovely spring weather we are having ! Thank you crossways food and wine !

I've used this store to collect parcels from before,but today I used their "print label in store" facility to send back a faulty Amazon item . Once I managed to enlarge the QR code so that it could be read,the process of sending the parcel back was easy peasy! The staff in there today were even more helpful than they normally are, and at one stage even took a photograph of the code from my phone to see if they could enlarge it so that it could be read.
This store is an off licence,sweet shop what I would back a "general store".
