Unhelpful woman. I got shouted and eyerolled at for not understanding the poor English when trying to drop off a package. Inconvenience rather than convenience store. Man is lovely, though. Stars for him, not her.

Looking for a UPS agent? My experience is horrible with them as a UPS agent.
I left the package on Sunday afternoon, then got email notification of this on Sunday evening. All fine thus far.
Then on Monday afternoon i get a call from them, saying they could not text me the confirmation. ???? I asked him how he could call me on my mobile, but not text me? No sensible answer followed.
He told me to come to the shop.
I went to the shop in the late afternoon, he said he could not text me the confirmation (again), Once again i asked him how he could call me, but not text me. Still no sensible answer.
I then showed him the email confirmation. He was puzzled. I said that I didnt need a text message, and was happy with the email.
he was still being difficult.
Such a time waster.

They signed for my package. Gave his name to UPS and then denied having it at all when I came for collection.

Shipping company won't refund me as its been signed for by them. Total scam artist. Plavce is filthy. Staff play dumb. Avoid.

Absolutely inconsiderate service. Never go here to drop off your parcels. The company guidelines say that you can drop off parcels less than 20kg and 97cms in length. They will refuse to accept well below those guidelines and thoroughly ignore you. Avoid this shop like plague.!!

Tried to call them regards parcel service and just hangs up the phone, dont bother using these guys POOR SERVICE

Advertised on google and in the store as a UPS access point, but they didn't have the facilities to take a return. Very rude staff, and the store is very messy and dirty. Choose any other store to use on the high street except this one
