Hobbycraft Croydon

I've never been to Hobbycraft before, but it's actually a really lovely place. We spent about 40 minutes looking thoroughly at all the items. Highly recommended. You get a discount on your first purchase if you install the app.

Hobby Craft always has some amazing bits. Staff are always very helpful. I am in the process of setting up a day nursery and I found some bits to support the decor and activities.

I love hobby craft, the staff are so friendly and make me feel like part of the team.
They let me know when stock is coming in, when the next promotion are coming and always so helpful in finding what I need every time I go to the store.

I will always choose to go to Croydon hobby craft purely for the staff and how helpful they are all day every day.

The manage of the store is always willing to help and always had a smile on his face as do all the staff.

I have attended one on one work shops which have been amazing and insightful.

The layout of the store has been changed since my last visit, but everything was easy to find. There were some lovely fabrics on offer and staff always friendly and happy to help :)

Love all the stuff you can get in this 2 storey shop. From baking accessories to building models and painting accessories to fabrics. Well worth going there.

Jane is wonderful! I’d had a problem with an online order. Basically, I’d ordered yarn that was said to be in stock. It wasn’t in stock, so I was told that they are ordering it to the store. I then got another email an hour later saying they were cancelling some items. It was very confusing, so I visited this store, and Jane went out of her way to check with the warehouse whether or not they were expecting a new delivery for the yarn I wanted. Turns out it wouldn’t be coming, so I had to come back a couple days later to collect the single item that did arrive - and Jane was able to cancel the order altogether, find me alternative products which matched what I needed, and out the entire order through again so I could get my 3 for 2 and 15% discounts that I would have had on the original order!
All in all, the staff are lovely, and Jane was extremely helpful. I do hope New stock comes in after Christmas! Very excited to return!

What an incredible store. Not only is it very well laid out, the staff itself certainly make this store. I have been to many Hobby Crafts but this one stands out over all of the rest. Thank you for helping me as it can be challenging with a very active 1 year old to get the things I need. If I could rate this a 10 I would. The manager was also so helpful. Thank you everyone

Great selection of crafting and creative materials. Had everything I needed and a few extra things that caught my eye and I ended up getting as well. Perfect for any creative supplies you need. I came for a selection of watercolours and associated materials and I had a good range to choose from. Shop was clean, well laid out and staff were nice.

This tranquil and charming location is a paradise for craft lovers. It always amazes me how uncrowded it is. I find myself returning here five times a month to acquire top-notch craft supplies for my dear daughter.

The balsa wood has the best price here. Cheaper than Amazon. Perfect for laser engraving or cricut machine.

Pretty comprehensive shop where you can find most tools and supplies for art and crafts, even plastic models!

Brilliant store. Came for a workshop and although I had got the time wrong by mistake staff were so kind and gave us the materials to complete the craft at home. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful.
Store was very well stocked and had everything we needed, had a large halloween section and the beginnings of Christmas section.
3 hours of free parking was very useful

First time visiting and I loved it! Lots of crafty choice and loads of ideas. It's on two floors so pace yourself. Shout out to the staff member who took the basket trolley thingy from me and gently raised the handle when it was clear I needed help! Bought stuff I needed and more I didn't but will use. Will return.
