Lovely shop run by even lovelier couple. They let you taste all the products and give plenty of recommendations on how to use and keep the truffles. We come here every time we’re in town.

This is a real gem in the Borough market! We visit this place often and buy here amazing mustard, sauces, dressings and just discovered syrups! Lavender syrups is lovely with g&t.
My favourite is Woo Woo sauce and Son Of Woo Woo mustard. Peanut dressing is fantastic for salads. Lady and gentlemen in the shop are always friendly, advice and give us samples to try. If you not sure what certain product is for they are happy to explain what it can be used for. It is a bit busy during weekends so I prefer to go during weekdays for better experience.

Love getting mustards at this Borough market stall. We go for Dijon, dark French mustard, bbq mustard, hot English mustard… so many great options and always friendly and helpful behind the counter!

Bought nice cheap piece of fresh truffle here for £5

Brought wild mushroom 200gm but when got back the bag had fallen apart - not sure if it’s the cold weather but wasn’t great and the service was ok but they could be more friendly. To be honest they were having to do a stock take but I did think that wasn’t any interest to a customer.

Maybe focus on the customer and you may get more sales .. but maybe you don’t need the money.

The mustards are delicious. I come back for more every time I'm in London. However, this is not a straight 5*, because staff could have been friendlier.

Good selection of mustards out for customers to taste before they buy, but the shopowners are terrible, grouchy, and stingy people who swipe away the bowl of crackers when paying customers taste more than a few before deciding what they want to buy.

A customer who tasted about half a dozen drops of mustard on half a dozen cracker crumbs was very rudely told by Mr Fitz, “I have taken the crackers away. This is not a charity.”

For the price they charge for each teeny jar of mustard, it might appear that charity is gladly being accepted at Fitz.

There are way better foods and condiments available in the market, all sold more compassionately.
