Incredible place with nice staff. I love the holiday items they have. I always pick up a snack from here. The cheese is great. I got this fancy Cornish cheddar with truffle and honey and it was pricey but worth it. I also love the baby clothes section, there is a huge selection with really attractive prices for the quality.

One of the biggest M&S in London where I have just bought thermal tops 👍 and lovely chocolate light up house tins Unfortunately, We have no more M&S stores in France. We still can buy online but it is much better to try clothes on. Having a warm cup of tea and a piece of carrot or Victoria cake is also appreciated during the very cold days we had last weekend.

I just love Marks and Spencer. The standard has never changed.
The store is very organised well stocks clean and tidy. A lovely café with a good variety of sandwiches, cakes, and hot food. Food's situated on the ground floor, the quality of the food products what can I say. You pay for what you get. I think it's worth it. Staff are always willing to help and go to the extra mile. I went in to the store because I really needed a decent suit for work. The customer service on the 2nd floor is amazing. Irene works in the suits department and she was an absolute star, taking me through an experience from start to finish. It really made my day to meet someone genuinely interested to help me. I walked out of the store with a perfectly fitted suit. Thanks Irene!

Nice free toilets on the third floor and the whole shop is well stocked, pleasant and offers a really nice shopping environment all round. Good for tourists wanting to experience a British Department Store.

This is the largest Marks and Spencers that I have been in. I love how you can shop for your groceries in the same store as you can shop for clothing. It is easy to navigate with lots of floors and escalators. There are plenty of manned tills in the grocery section so not a long wait to check out.

I love shopping here. The store is always clean and organised. Food is fresh and there is plenty to choose from. Staff are always ready and at hand to help no matter the issue. Despite the area it’s situated in, the store is always quite in the mornings which is probably the best time to do your shopping to avoid the rush.

This is a well-stocked M&S - had items that were not available online when we looked. It was clean and when we had to ask a staff member for help she searched for the item we needed and found it despite it not being where it was expected!

Marina went above and beyond to find me the dress I wanted in my size, she was friendly and incredibly helpful. Will definitely come back to this store.

Excellent menswear range. They didn’t have a hat in my size, and Rahil went to the world’s end to find it for me, as the system showed it in stock. Back of house, the entire shop floor, and then some. Pure dedication for what must have been 20+ minutes - and mission successful! Absolute 5* customer service. Thank you, Rahil!

I had an outstanding experience at the store thanks to the incredible customer service provided by Taylah and Shirley, the 'ground floor girls!’ I was searching for a leather coat for my holiday, and Shirley not only checked its availability but also greeted me with a friendly demeanor. Taylah went above and beyond to fetch the coat, making my shopping experience truly amazing. Their helpful and positive attitude turned my initial upset into sheer happiness. Thank you, ground floor girls! I'll definitely be returning for future shopping endeavors.

The marks and Spencer flag store so it has an amazing selection of styles and a fantastic food hall and a quite nice Caffè.
The Caffè has a good selection of food that is quite tasty however the seating arrangements have to be improves and.the tables are not cleaned on a regular basis.
The food gall the bakery are fantastic is well worth a visit.
Also I love the women's wear section so much variety and a complete set of sizes.
The home section is also a must beautifully arranged with a good selection of accessories.

I saw a pair of jeans online and really wanted to try them on in store. Asked a member of staff who wasn’t sure but lead me in the direction of denim. Came across Samira after searching on my own with no success after about 15 minutes. Samira searched high and low in the stockroom and on the shop floor to find them. I eventually found my size, and she even followed up while in the fitting room to give me an alternative style. Just in case! Lovely interaction and was very happy with the product!

Love the big food hall in the basement. Has a large selection of groceries, deli counter, lots of flowers to choose from in the floral section, a great selection of wine, beer and spirits, and well merchandised too!

Tip: Need a break? There is a takeaway counter in the food hall, and seats where you can grab a bite to eat.

Multistory departmental stores. I consider it as shopping heaven. Everything you need from clothing, beauty and even furniture, and a big supermarket in the basement. 3rd floor has a restaurant as well.

The clothing department is a bit too pricy for our MYR currency. But the Food section is a complete shopping heaven for me, as a tourist with a budget, theres a wide variety of food items you can get as souvenirs. Grabbed a few boxes of their mini discovery perfume which was great as i got to know a bit more on scent profiles that i prefer.

You have to visit M&S, this is a great shop, its huge and has everything they sell, always find good gifts. Nice bathrooms 2

Years ago, M & S was the place to shop, for the vast majority of the population.

It was introduced to me by my friends when I was working in London in the seventies. They called it Marks and Sparks.

It had everything for the family.

People bought clothes, household goods, gifts and shoped for groceries in the basement.

The quality was always dependable and the prices good for the average families. But the fashion was ordinary and basic.

M & S now has evolved itself and looks modern and appeals to younger clients.

I had been to their Canadian store in British Columbia many years ago. It did not do well there. Eventually the Canadian stores were all closed

Without doubt , this store is the best in London for clothes and foos.
You will find there a fantastic selection of clothes with good quality and amazing models .
There are also footwear .
Every type of clothes is there, wherever women , men and children clothes , you will find there.
The price are average, that means you can get good quality , amazing models with good price.
The food hall there is also fantastic, they sell delicious food .
Also there are Cafe there to drink a coffe or eat a snack.

I've always been a big fan of this store and chain for its high quality clothing and food. Anything I have purchased here, from underwear to skirts and tops and shoes have lasted a very long time. Some things can be a bit pricey but I almost always find something that is within budget and good value-for-money.
On my most recent visit for example I found a cute tank top for less than £10, a 3-pack of lace underwear for £8, and a waterproof foldable picnic blanket for £10.
I was a little disappointed in this Spring's new women's lines which trended towards muted colours and sort of Little-House-on-the-Prairie styles. In the past I've often found vibrantly coloured and beautiful floral-patterned skirts and dresses. Still, as noted above I found some great items at good prices and I will keep coming back.
At the top floor cafe I had a piece of cake that was delicious, as I often find M&S food to be. I often buy sandwiches, produce, deli items, and desserts at their food halls. They are pricier than other grocery stores but the quality is undeniable. They also have more variety of nutritious items such as fruit and veg, salads, and protein snacks.
