(I apologise I forgot the managers' name 😊) but I'll give 5⭐ to this store as everytime I go to their branch, the manager is very friendly, accomodating and helpful. he really got an excellent customer service. keep up the good work and all the best.

I use Rymans regularly and always find the staff there friendly and helpful. However, Hakeem at the High St Kensington branch deserves a special mention. I was in a queue with 3 or 4 people ahead of me waiting to be served by Hakeem, who was calmly and efficiently attending to each waiting customers need without showing any sign of pressure or fluster. I was so impressed that I was happy for the customer waiting behind me to go ahead of me. Pay rise for Hakeem highly recommended.

Had a *very* rush job for an A1 poster on a Saturday afternoon. I rang up and Osman was completely reassuring that they could do a good job quickly. I emailed the file, then phoned up to check it was all ok. As we were speaking Hamsa had checked it and was already printing it out and the poster was literally printed before the end of the (very quick) call. It came out perfectly and we collected it within the hour. The price was really reasonable and it was just so pleasant to work with such competent people.

Brilliant service as always. I needed a print of a one page document and they were helpful to get it done asap.

Very, very nice staff there I feel anytime I go in that the people know you, lovely place to go, obviously except for the senior lady who is racist 100%, feel sorry for those who has to work with her. But anyway, those Karen's are everywhere, thanks God that they aren't many

Definitely the best service at Ryman by Ousman Ahmed in the new Kensington branch. He took the time to find exactly what I needed and was very kind to help with printing. 10/10 service!

I usuallu go to this particular place to scan my documents. It has nicest and kindest staff. Interaction with them is such pleasent that I prefer to skip the 3 other Rayman near my flat and come here. Strongly recommended especially if you need print or scan

Osman was friendly, efficient, easygoing and helpful!

A tall gentleman with a beard kindly helped us purchase a ride on car for our toddler. both him and his colleague, a girl wearing a headscarf at the till, we're very helpful. Wonderful service with a smile that is hard to come by on the high street especially these days.
