Was assisted by Denise today. Best customer service 👌 👌👌very patient and knows her " Argos stuff". Managed to collect my Ebay parcel in the end . Happy customer.

Very friendly staff specially Manager , very helpful and good customer service.

We didn't go in to the store but after phoning round 5 stores and not being answered a lovely lady named Denise answered the phone here and was so helpful. A credit to the company.

Absolutely outstanding service yesterday from Tina the Store Manager - I accompanied a friend with advanced cancer (not an easy customer as tired and irritable) with a query/needed refund and cannot express how kind and compassionate Tina was in very speedily and efficiently helping my friend. Fantastic manager in Tina and staff at this store - it was so lovely to have someone deal with a customer in obvious discomfort with such empathy, also ALL staff were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you all so much!

Ordered an item for collection at this Argos then added it on maps to get directions and that's when I noticed some bad reviews, I started to regret my decision.

When I got there the queue went very quickly and the staff were polite, that was 2 different members of staff!

Keep up the good work Argos staff and don't let a few negative reviews get disheartening, we all know dealing with the public can be hard work at times.

Often pick up my click and collect items for this store and have never had a problem with the staff or the store. Often in and out of the store with my items, in less than 10 minutes.

They've got the eletronic catalogue screens to view or search for items. And you can use kiosks to pay for items. You can also pay at the counter. The wait is not for too long. Quick service. Decent customer service. You can wait on seats for your items to come through.

My first visit to Argos, Orpington, Excellent customer service from Sue who went above and beyond. Was refreshing to have this level of customer service and rarely seen these days - Left happy and will be a returning customer. This is the level of customer service needed to encourage people into stores.

This is the best store for customer service, knowledge and friendliness. They all seem so cheerful when they greet you. They also deliver your order quickly. It's a pleasure to shop there. Thank you guys.

This is on of the bigger versions of Argos. Which meant, they had better stock and very efficient staff. The waiting time was much less compared to the smaller ones.

This one is also open for longer hours.
