Absolutely lovely store, very knowledgeable staff and friendly. They know their stuff and really want to get you the best wine for what you're want (everyday Vs. Luxury).

Found these guys on the Internet, after looking for someone to send a mixed case of wine gift to a gentleman in Cobham. Was tempted to use the likes of Majestic, but decided maybe we should put the small traders above such corperate leviathans. I rang about 5 minutes before 8pm closing and was greeted by a very affable gentleman, who was polite, engaging and friendly. Top marks always. I explained I wanted to spend £xx amount for a mixed case and he was spot on, assured me that he could sort out my needs and also deliver the wine, he even knew the address I wanted to send them too. Spot on, good service, glad I resisted temptation and spent with a small local business.

We cant recommend the Wine Reserve highly enough! Great knowledge which the staff are very happy to share. We have ordered wine boxes which have been tailor made to suit our taste as well as introducing us to some excellent and previously undiscovered wines. We will definitely be back. Curated wine selection. Can’t go wrong with your selection. The proprietor hand chose all of the wine for quality not profits. Ask the owner for recommendations from ANY price range. He doesn’t scoff at lower budgets. He has visited or met many of the wi wry owners that he sells. This is a proper wine shop the way they should all be. I particularly know Italian wines well and can attest to his top selection. He has introduced his other wines to me. So far he is batting 1000 as I have purchased 10 wines from him and all of them amazing.

What I really like about the Wine Reserve, other than the fantastic selection they have, is the knowledge, the interest and the passion the staff have for wine. Their recommendations have been great, and the service, the charm and the options on offer are all excellent. I’ve even ordered and had them send wine as gifts and for parties, and really the people there are so helpful. So much better than buying from a supermarket! Highly recommended.

This shop stocks a very attractive and eclectic choice of wines. If you're after classic styles then they'll have some well-chosen examples but, if you want to find something new or a little unusual, then I'm confident that you won't be disappointed if you give this place a try. Of course you'll find cheaper wines at a supermarket but the prices here aren't high for the quality on offer. I've never been disappointed with one of their recommendations. Although the wine is the main feature, they also have a smaller but fine selection of spirits, liqueurs and beers.

Would thoroughly recommend the Wine Reserve. We had a shocking experience with local delivery depot in Swindon losing the first order of wine and then not delivering the replacement.

Carol was incredibly generous and timely in her handling of the situation. So encouraging to receive such excellent service from the Wine Reserve when the problem was not of their doing.

Love this shop for its great selection of wine, craft beers and local gins and for its knowledgeable staff. South Africa and the USA are particular strengths as well as the traditional European wine regions. There is always something new on offer!

A wonderful selection of wines from across the world. All are carefully selected, well-made examples at fair prices. Good delivery service but also worth the trip from Central London for a browse and chat.

Such a helpful team of guys working in this shop and they have a fantastic range of wines (and spirits/beer). They always make really great suggestions and have some "every day" wines as well as some amazing wines and champagne for special occasions.

We did a small family "virtual wine tasting" at home for my son's 21st. Thank you so much Wine Reserve for your great help with the wine choices from around the world. A brilliant night.

Ordered a case of wine online. Delivered within 2 days to Central London. Everything packed perfectly, even a hand written note. Great selection of wine. No complaints at all.

I love coming in here. The team are so helpful and are able to answer any questions you might have. Their knowledge is superb and are always able to offer something exciting.

Been using this place now for many years and must say never had a bad wine. What prompted for me to write this review now was Matt recommended me a Flotsum and Jetsum Cinsault 2016 the other day, a red for drinking in the sun, my god it was amazing. Thanks Matt. Forget about Waitrose next door and use these guys from now on people.
