O2 Shop Crawley

Excellent customer service. Jay and Fyn are very knowledgeable and successfully upgraded my phone after it was water damaged. Nice personal touch from the whole team and they were very understanding and helped me to retrieve and back up my data. I also have forgotten the name of another team member his name began with "O" who was very helpful with selecting the correct charger. Well done guys !

Went in store Saturday and Orren helped me with a sim card issue, what a knowledgeable, kind member of staff !!!

Will definitely go back to purchase my new phone , so refreshing to get excellent service with a smile !

I went into the o2 store today, and I’m not sure what her name was but she was really nice and helpful, she transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone, she explained everything to me in detail and she was very kind from the moment I walked in there. Thank you so much.

Great customer service. I will now only go into the O2 Crawley store. The manager, Jay and Finn are very helpful and knowledgeable, the lady who helped me yesterday was good knowledge of the Google pixel and gave me very useful advice. They were brilliant with getting me and my mum the best contracts that suited our needs. I have had issues with my new phone and they went to great lengths to try and sort the problem out which was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you Crawley O2

I can’t speak highly enough of the service we got from DJ at this 02 branch yesterday. He walked my wife through every step to set her up with a new simcard and nothing was too much trouble for him. Also, the rest of the staff are clearly in the ball and extremely efficient, courteous and knowledgeable about their profession.

5* review not for 02 itself but for ORREN in the Crawley branch. I needed a replacement sim and after being served by a unhelpful member of staff (blonde, mature,short) resulting in having to come back in 2 hours as was locked out of my account - I was served by ORREN who not only was professional and friendly he made the process quick simple and easy and my gosh what a difference in service between the two ! Orren is a credit to your company

Was helped by a young man named DJ he helped me out with a new upgrade.
I am super happy with my new phone and how helpful he was to me and my friend who don’t know much about phones or upgrade or anything like that.
He was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable with 100% recommend going to him if you are needing help.

I cannot explain how thankful I am for the staff here! My phone got stolen and I needed to block my SIM card and set up a new one I was so stressed and they calmed me down and helped me. Thank you so much you guys are amazing!!

A really big thank you to the young man who served me Saturday. I had an issue it would not allow me to activate my new account and he was exceptional in how he was willing to take ownership and do all he could to get this solved. I had called 02 and nothing was done till now so many thanks to him and 02 for solving this. He is from Edenbridge but sorry I didn't get his name but really a credit to 02.

Went into the store today and got great service from Orren. Very knowledgable and friendly. Left very happy and will return to Orren in the future.

Tried doing business online and over the phone . What a disaster. The shop however was so much better. Young new guy was very helpful and got my new phone sorted fairly quickly

I went into this Store today to discuss my upgrade options and I was assisted by Zane. I just wanted to say a big thank you. He was really professional, friendly and patient. I would recommend his services and winner personality to anyone. I would definitely go back due to Zanes expertise and knowledge. Thank you so much for all your help. I have tried to email O2 but they only want to deal with complaints not commendations, so i hope this gets past on to his store and area manager.

Great shop! The staff are very kind, and I'd like to say how great the O2 network is. I get great speeds and a significant amount of data for a low fee and if ever I have a problem, they're always willing to help you.

Been trying to move from EE to O2 and been a very difficult process however we went into the store and a very kind man saw how stressed we were when we walked in and asked us if we were okay and helped us solve this situation I will be going back in there and talking to Peter in the future I couldn’t fault him at all
