Vic Davis Professional Dry Cleaners, Laundry and Cobblers

I took in a favourite jacket of mine which had a lot of blood stained into it which I needed for an upcoming important event. I was advised they may not be able to get it all out and that I should buy another jacket in the meantime in case. I appreciated the heads up. Not only did they work really hard and got all the stains out perfectly but they also called me to let me know so that I didn't waste time and money on another jacket. Really great customer service and I'm very grateful to them.

I had my favourite 5 years old office shoes repaired here, I really liked the gender neutral design and I couldn't find it in shops anymore. I'm really happy they got fix, awesome work and attention to detail.

And even better, I had a pair of traditional Japanese shoes fixed, after their soles got damaged. This was quite an usual request, but the service I received was first class. Definitely recommend this place if you would like to fix any shoes that are very dear to you and find it difficult to get a replacement for.

I brought in a much loved silk dress made in Vietnam that had been left in damp storage. It had mould marks and other unidentifiable stains. I didn't hold out much hope but they put it through 3 times and I couldn't believe the results. Came back stain free! Excellent service!

My granddaughters flower girl dress had orange juice and blackcurrant squash on it, but the lovely lady managed to get it looking as good as new for £17.25

Super friendly and helpful. Dry cleaned a suit jacket for me and the stains wouldn’t budge. They went the extra mile to redo with different stain removing solutions and it come up brand new. Highly recommend !

List your cobbler as he is brilliant - you have a real craftsman in him. A Croatian genius - new soles (Italian leather) new heels (with strength cap) on a pair of Gucci classics for £55 so about £150 cheaper than most. Brilliant work great job I am amazed and bowled over. The owners of this business don’t even catabolise you for a review - shame on you and appreciate what you have on board with this man.

Excellent service. Took some white t-shirts to them with food stains / deodrant stains, they explained that they could do them but there may be some fading to the colour print on the shirts if they did them - in actual fact they didn't fade at all and all the stains came out. Really friendly, polite team. Highly recommend!!

Took my 'do not dry clean' grease stained trousers to Vic Davis. They explained fully the risk of dry cleaning but I didn't trust myself to sort it out. They did a wonderful job and now look good as new. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and professional service from Andrej. Heels on shoes broke as I was going to work. He managed to fix quickly while I waited. Such great service. Name of business says dry cleaning but they are a cobblers too! Amazing! I’ll be returning!

I have used this amazing Dry cleaning service a number of times. Recently they did an incredible job on my Wedding Dress and my Husband & Sons bespoke handmade suits a number of times. They are friendly and really do give a family service, they remember you and give that personal touch which is unfortunately rare nowadays. Their prices are very reasonable, and we are informed every step of the way as to how the work is going, we get the text messages when the items are ready and we can't recommend them enough! Great service.

This is a great local business who are competitively priced and incredibly friendly. I took in a well used blazer which the dry cleaners turned around very quickly and it came back looking brand new. I also used the cobblers next door to have some soles replaced on a pair of leather boots, the new tread is very sturdy and hardwearing, real quality repair and has given them a new lease of life - the finishing is also perfect, you'd never know that they have been resoled. I will definitely be using again, the price, convenience and the staff's friendly nature all make it worth a visit. Would recommend.

Have used Vic Davis for many years. They have always provided an excellent and friendly service. We even had them preserve my wife's wedding dress - they did a wonderful job even though the original tailor made it very tough for them by removing the care isntructions label. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Totally rejuvenated my ten year old boots so they are as good as new including new stitching, soles, leather work. Brilliant job. Highly recommended

Here at Porsche Centre Mid-Sussex we use Vic Davies and no one else to clean our car covers for our prestigious cars which await the arrival of their new owners so it is crucial that the covers look perfect as first impressions count.
