First time having a back neck shoulder and head massage all together....never realised just how knotted up I was and was definitely a pleasure/pain experience with all that popping!! but by the time I had left there I was feeling so much relief and made me realise its something i need to keep up. The lady I had was lovely, and amazing at what she did too, she needed a massage herself after 45 mins working on me!! Would definitely recommend, was nervous going but felt relaxed as soon as I walked in

I always end up leaving with my body feeling refreshed and my aches and pains gone. My muscles were super stiff this morning but after today’s visit, my muscles feel supple and I can move freely again.

Very good massage. I had the 60 minute aromatic massage. I felt very relaxed and my muscles loose when it finished. The pressure was just right and it flowed seamlessly. I was given a choice of four different oils. I would definitely recommend.

Always a perfect experience at this wonderful wellness escape. I usually have a 60 minute fusion massage with the lovely nilnante, and sometimes the coffee scrub. Highly recommend coming here as it has both treated my aches from work effectively, and also relaxed and pampered me. You leave feeling like you're on a cloud
