Absolutely fantastic practice. I had such a poor experience with my local dental practice but EVERYONE I have encountered at Dental Essence, reception staff to implant specialists have been amazing. In particular I would like to thank Bobby who is so good at his job, perfect balance of professional and personable. Madhuri who I saw initially was fantastic too. Thank you to the whole team. Would 100% recommend.

Took my 3 children in to see the dentist. The reception team were lovely, really friendly. We didn’t have to wait long to see the dentist’s. When we got call in, the dentist was amazing with the children she was really engaging with them in a natural way that made them feel relaxed. It was my 2 year old first time and she did so good because of the calm setting. Thank you Dental essence.

The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly. Jack, the dental hygienist is really great. He is very professional and is extra gentle with injections! He takes time to give good advice and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Level of service always superb, both by the reception team, and the dentists. Our experiences with Dr Bobby have been always so positive. He’s friendly, engaging and always offers great advice and honesty. Easily the best dentist my partner and I have ever been to.

I hate hate hate dentists…it takes all my courage just to walk in the door. This practice, and especially my dentist, Madi, who knows this, is great with me. Yesterday, after following instruction on how best to look after my teeth, l left my ckeck-up with no work needed this time. Thank you to the team who managed to sort my sons teeth quickly, when we needed them most.

I have just finished a 4-month course of dental treatment with Bobby at the Burgess Hill practice including cosmetic repair and implants. I received excellent care and advice and my treatment plan was clearly set out and fully explained to me before any work was commenced. After 4 months, I now have a great set of teeth for the first time in about 30 years and i couldn't be more happier. Many thanks to everyone at the practice who made the whole experience enjoyable!

Exceptional service. The appointment system is brilliant, they could fit me in the following week, and I asked if any earlier appointments became available to let me know, within 10 mins one popped up and I was seen the next day. The reception staff so friendly and efficient. I am so grateful to Rob Sword ,and his dental nurse for a superb service and for the professional advice given. My tooth has now been fixed. Really enjoyed our experience here! The receptionist I spoke with had a friendly and personable phone manner and was able to book my baby son in for a next-day appointment. On arrival, I was offered assistance up the stairs with my carrier- again, great customer service from the front of house team. The appointment was exactly on time and we were seen by such a lovely, smiley dentist who took time to advise us. The dental assistant was very professional and warm too.

Amazing dentist! We've been going to dental essence now for a good few years. From the minute you walk in, your welcomed in by smiley, friendly welcoming receptionists. Ive had Bobby all my visits and he's been absolutely brilliant with me and my son. My last appointment I had Aniqah and she was absolutely incredible with my son (3 years old almost 4) I was nervous as he's old enough now and would need to have a proper look at, which he did because she was so amazing with him. She was incredible with my check up and very knowledgeable and made me feel good about my teeth and how I look after them. Will never go anywhere else. 100% recommend!

I've been a patient of this practice for almost a year now, so long enough to testify that they provide a great service. I've had very good experiences with everyone: dentists, hygienists, staff. They are all very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The dentists and hygienists are very knowledgeable and professional, but also approachable and are great at making you feel at ease. The practice is ahead in terms of the technologies and methodologies they use vs other practices I've been to. Their prices are very reasonable. I recommend them!

My 7 year old was quite scared and anxious to have his teeth fixed. Dr Aniqah Rahman was excellent! Very patient and kind to talk through the whole process in a caring and reassuring way. Definitely recommend this practice.

This is unquestionably the best dentist I have been to. Bobby did an outstanding job regarding the repair of tooth chips, worn enamel and fitting a crown and I couldn't be happier. All members of their team were extremely friendly and efficient.

The dentists from heaven - always a friendly welcome when you walk in and equally as friendly and helpful on the phone. My daughter has been going through hell with a cavity that lead to it needing to be pulled. After over a year of using emergency dentists due to a reoccurring infection we found dental essence Burgess Hill, fortunately they were taking on new child patients at the time. They promptly saw her that day and began to work on the problem tooth, starting with reducing the infection and eventually extracting the tooth which was dealt with amazingly considering my daughter 13yo is a very nervous patient. So far she has seen 3 different dentists and every one has been absolutely amazing, they have all helped her be a little less fearful. I have nothing but praise for their professionalism, I highly recommend them.

I received a warm and friendly greeting from Joanna and Vanessa. A check up with Dr Sachin, who informed me of a potential issue to keep an eye on. A pleasure to go to the dentist. Plus comfy seats in Reception.

Having an irrational fear of dentists, usually leaves me stressed before appointments, however, Saara is always very calm and understanding and goes the extra mile to make the visit as comfortable and pain-free as possible. The front desk staff are also great, very welcoming and happy to chat nonsense to me if I'm waiting.
Highly recommended.

I can’t speak highly enough of this place. From the friendly front of house team who make you feel soo welcome, to the actual dentist who has literally transformed my whole self! Oh and the hygienist she was fantastic!
I had been let down by my previous dentist who had been bought over and basically refused to give me the treatment I wanted. Giving me one option, the expensive one, but more importantly the most work which just terrifies me tbh.
So when I met Rob, I asked for a new tooth, with as little time in the chair and with as little dentistry as possible, ideally to last forever . Not too much to ask 🤣 ! But within minutes he had the very solution and within 2 WEEKS!! I had my new tooth! And I LOVE IT!! It’s truly changed my life! I can smile again and enjoy being me! Thanks 🙏 guys! Soo soo much.

Brilliant!!! Bobbi explained every step of the way, when fitting my teeth. I am delighted with them and can go back for adjustments if necessary. Everyone is so friendly at the welcome desk!

I needed a new dentist as my own was retiring. Had my first treatment there yesterday (9th May 2024). As a nervous patient, visiting the dentist is normally a stressful experience. The treatment was delivered quickly, painlessly and taking into account my state of mind and concerns. Cannot recommend them enough.
