Proper old school customer service! Sussex Alfa sorted some issues with my 916 Spider and got it up and running again - at a VERY reasonable cost too! A huge amount of knowledge, that helped solve the problems and very very helpful and friendly - 5 stars all the way!

Kevin and Russell really know their stuff. When someone knows how to solve your problem before you've finished describing it, you know you're in good hands. I bought my first Alfa 8 months ago and only recently found this place and I'm glad I have, I feel I can keep my car as long as I want now. Or at least as long as these guys are trading.

Sussex Alfa did amazing work at a fantastic price! Kevin is very helpful and knowledgeable. Great communication and friendly and has lots of tips and tricks!, Fully recommended. My Car is a 07 Spider 2.4 I had a cam belt water pump and fluids for less than half what a main dealer or even run of the mill garages would have charged!

Had the cambelt changed and an mot on the 16th March on my Giulietta, was given a loan car for the day as well. Kevin definitely knows his Alfas,we had a good chat and he explained what he was going do,really put us at our ease.A great job was done,nice clean job,genuine Alfa parts and a great price far better than main dealer and ordinary service centre,had a very minor hiccup when I got home and that was settled with phone call.I will definitely return when my G needs any other works done,Kevin is a true old school gentleman.

Dropped my Giulietta off here on Monday for a service on Tuesday. Kevin was very welcoming and accommodating, lent me a Fiat 500 during the time my car was in his workshop. Very good service! My girlfriend and I are living in Belgium and we had been in a car accident in the UK. We couldn't get home because the Alfa needed to be fixed. We met some people who recommended Kevin and we are very glad with the service he has given us. He immediately made time for our car , so we could be able to drive back to Belgium as soon as possible. After 1,5 days the car was good enough to drive home. As for the price of the repair, he was honest and clear about everything that needed to be done and he didn't beat us up on the price at all like some mechanics will. Even though this garage is in another country for us, we certainly will be back. In our experience you do not get as good help and service in Belgium then we have experienced here.

A great find, I will be taking my Alfa here from now on. Rarely have I felt as at ease by a mechanic. Kevin seems the kind of person that couldn't tell a lie. This is a rarity in my experience with the motor trade and car repairs. Kevin will give you an honest appraisal, and carry out the needed repairs at reasonable prices. I have used his services several times and have been delighted with the results. Having taken my car to a local garage in Hove hoping it would be a painless MOT, I was quoted over £2000, Kevin carried out the same work, albeit not needing to replace certain parts but repair them for £518. His understanding and passion for Alfa Romeos is obvious. If you have an Alfa I really wouldn't take your car anywhere else if you live in the South-East of England.

Kevin at Sussex Alfa was brilliant and really helpful, helping to resolve a complex issue with my car that the nearby main dealer refused to resolve.

Kevin kept me updated with all developments he was a breath of fresh air and very honest,. which is unheard of in mechanics these days.

Superb work by Kevin on my Alfa getting it through the emissions test and MOT when my normal garage was completely perplexed by the Lambda problem. Also refitted a door handle which is fiddly and time consuming and sorted out a screenwash pipe problem. All for an amazingly good price. Definitely going there again!
October 2020 took my car to Kevin at Sussex Alfa again and once again a superb job at a tremendously good price. Wouldn't dream of taking my Alfa anywhere else.

Read a lot of good reviews so I decided to try Sussex Alfa for my first Alfa GT. Took It there for a service and inspection for a engine check light that appeared. They gave me little courtesy car to go and do what I wanted while they had my car.
They took the time to explain the issue and solutions. So I have a good understanding now. They also changed a couple of little bits without charge. Sump plug ( I know that's a small part but I've been charged by some garages for this). ALL in the visit was great value and as a Alfa Specialist I have piece of mind with quality of work.
On the way home the car felt Good. The car ran well before, however seems to run and accelerate much nicer and cleaner after Service.

I contacted Sussex Alfa Romeo to see if they could do a pre purchase inspection of a car I was buying locally. Kevin was at all times incredibly pleasant to deal with, providing helpful guidance throughout. Everything went smoothly and after the purchase I chose to have a first service done with them and also get the rust on the front subframe that Kevin had identified removed. The work was all of a very high standard. Highly recommended!

Been there today with my Alfa Giulietta 2.0 diesel for cambelt replacement and oil + filter change and a "check engine light" in the dashboard because i was running on really low oil level. They charged me exactly what their site says, really amazing price and they done a very good job. Thank you so much, i'm happy again, my car is up and running well!

I recently bought some items from Kevin from a car he was breaking. He supplied me with a great service answering my questions when asked and sending me photos of the items to check their condition before I bought them. He then provided me with a sensible price for them, below market value, and sent them to me quickly even throwing a couple of extra items in for free.
