Smyths Toys Superstores Watford

Gemma from the Watford store is brilliant. I recently purchased a car seat and previously a stroller for my granddaughter. Gemma fitted the seat for me and showed me exactly how it operated. She has so much knowledge and patience and is a great asset to your store. I wish everyone gave such great customer service.

Some of the reviews here look like isolated incidents or unlucky moments. Personally, I had a great experience of after-sale care,

Great options, wide varieties. Absolutely love their options. Staff are friendly and store layout is good. If only their signs made things easier if you want to make a quick purchase. So definitely make sure you are in comfortably footwear and aren’t going there in a rush of time

Kids idea of heaven. Toys are piled high and low. It’s a wonderful sight.

Store is really tidy and neat. Lots of stock and shelves always full.

Perfect place for getting toys and gifts. They have a huge of different ranges and the prices that suit all budgets.

They have a car park that is free for a certain amount of time. It’s usually not very busy. This car park is separate from the Tesco one.

Watford high street train station is just a few minutes walk away.

Staff member called Jay was very helpful. He made sure I had what I wanted. He didn’t mind me asking him loads of questions and happily and helpfully answered them all.

Best in store customer experience I've ever received. My daughter was disappointed when her birthday gift didn't work after I purchased it online from Smyths, but the in store team were brilliant at finding a working replacement without fuss. Whilst in store I also picked up some more gifts for Christmas too!

Always a good shop. Well set out. Friendly staff, easy to get to, sometimes better to park in tesco below and walk up as spaces limited in top car park where the shop is.

So friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a genuinely big smile from a member of staff who was keen to help me choose a good size football goal for my toddlers (really for my husband) and helped carry it all to the tills for me. I felt like a big kid in the store that afternoon and both me and the kids had fun.

I never give reviews but honestly had the BEST customer service yesterday. As a first time mum I didn’t know how to work a travel system and car seat, Gemma was the one who assisted me and I’m ever so grateful for her. My husband and I left smiling with our Ickle Bubba! She honestly deserves recognition!!!!

I visited this store today and was served by Naf who made me feel so welcome. She also recommended different products to me and showed great knowledge in what she was selling. My child left the store so happy after she was given some Lego from her. Thank you!!

Just bought a few video games for my brother before Christmas and I can't thank Smyths staff enough. Especially Naf! She took the time out to advice on the latest games, was very informative, polite and lovely to speak to. Great asset to the team! Well done!

Wide selection of toys,games and activities for all ages from 0+ including adults ☺,For both home and garden spread across two floors, Store has lift and escolater for easy access to top floor, Always clean and easy to get what's needed with prices fair compared to other places, If in doubt there is always a member of staff around to help even on their busy days. Always leave happy.
