Docklands Trading Post

I moved to the area a year ago and this place has been my go to neighbourly convenience store! Sent bunch of Evri parcels through here, never any issue. Store manager/assistant always helpful!

I go to this little convenience store once or twice a week. I usually get some Italian wafers, wafer rolls and some other treats. I sometimes drop off my Hermes parcels here too and have never encountered any problems. The owner is always nice, friendly and helpful. Always pleasant shopping experience here.

To be fair the owner is OK. However his weekend assistants are a pain. Their Internet is always down on Saturday and Sundays so they prefer cash payments. You can't get a mobile top up or lottery tickets. If your buying basically groceries then fine otherwise go to Surrey Quays.

Really helpful with a parcel delivery, good local store selection of goods and services (lottery & Oyster). A community hub feel to the place.

Dropped off an amazon return using hermes print label in store. Always friendly and helpful service.

Shop’s alright, stuff very friendly and helpful. But there’s always smth wrong with MYHERMES postage label machine- “doesn’t work come back on Monday “, doesn’t work come in the morning”. Today the qr scanner couldn’t focus to scan, so had to do 1“print screen” 2save to pictures, then 3open in gallery to 4stretch the qr code to the full screen to scan, cause you can’t zoom in amazon app. Anyways was super annoying, took forever (gf almost died of heat in the car while waiting) and one of the codes didn’t scan anyways so have to print at home and come back again. I guess it’s HERMES fault not shop’s. But just print all the labels at home if you sending parcels through them.

Decent stock for such a small shop! Glad it’s here for when you need emergency ketchup or booze.

Staff always available to help you. Great for last minute shopping when you don't want to go all the way to the supermarket.

Friendly staff. Prices could be better, though.
