Great and fast with very helpful staff and very polite staff 👍.

I order party food online for an occasion and when I went to pick it up it wan't ready as I had gone a bit early. The staff were very helpful and tried to out the order together asap. On our way out the manager handed me a bottle of champagne as an apology :)

Good shop

It has great foods, large parking and easy access, remember that this M&S has a 'rear entrance' from the parking beneath the store....you then have direct access to to Food Court with going through the whole store

Very helpful staff.

Really please to find some gluten free sandwiches in the shop! They had two options which is really good for just a small shop at a petrol station. Makes it so much more inclusive for people with dietary requirements. Shame that the sandwiches are quite pricey, so will just have to be an occasional treat, but tasted very nice!

Pretty average fuel but a great bunch of staff, always friendly and always give me a discounted coffee (paramedic). The M&S shop is consistently clean and well stocked, even have a selection of flowers to get you out of a marital emergency.

The staff always look like they’re on another planet and there is only ever one person on the tills. Ive had to wait up to 15 minutes just to pay for petrol before. Only gets 3 stars because its an M&S and in love their products.

The food is excellent and the staff very helpful. The pricing is high eg 4 cans of Guinness for £5.95 where at local Tesco Express it is £4.95. This is just an example. Convenient to drop in and buy Petrol and snacks and ready meals but you pay for that!

It has a very limited selection of food and hardly anything from the M&S vegetarian and Plant Kitchen ranfes, but if you need Percy Pig or Colin Caterpillar they have loads.

food and drinks are very expensive, rather buy at the co-op down the road.

I went their pick my ordered and I ask about old Asian m &s staff I saw my ordered is ready I just ask him. He is frustrated about online uber and delivaroo . He talking to rude me. I just told him why are you talking rude to me I am Your customer. He said ask the lady. Old Asian staff said don't give him ordered. When I ask the lady can I have my ordered no is that is it ready. She said I am not give you. I asked why. She said old Asian man told me don't give him so I sm not give you. I ask lady what is that man name? She refused to give his name i told her I want to complain about your m& s general manager. After I take photos to old man. He is being more aggressive and said to me don't take my photo. I told him I want to complain your general manager. After I have to go i leave without my orderd. I don't understand. m& s management have to take actoon this kind of radical character 😡

Giving one star is generous. I come here almost every day, only because I love M&S selection. Thats were it ends. The staff are lazy and rude. Their customer service skills are nonexistent and I have had several bad experiences. M&S is a fantastic brand with awesome products. The staff at this BP/M&S branch are a huge discredit to both companies. Hopefully something is done soon as having spoken to other locals about this there are many that share the same sentiment about the place.
