This is good shop

Something not right with the shop owner, he suddenly started to shout at me when he thought my daughter was playing with a skipping rope. When I pointed out thay it was an ankle strap and were going to buy it with other items he told us to get out. He then continued to shout outside of the shop when another walker by tried to calm him doen he shouted at her. His shop should be closed down if he suddenly starts shouting at customers. He was abusive and aggressive.

I bought a bag because I needed one of a certain size for cabin baggage. They lent me a tape measure to find the right size. The next day, whilst in the departure lounge, one of the handles came away from the bag at one end. I could only then use the shoulder carry strap (not ideal). I had to take it with me. Less than 14 days later I returned to ask about a replacement or refund (it was obvious it couldn’t be repaired). The man basically told me that, as I had used it, he couldn’t do anything even though I explained where I was when it broke. As a gesture he offered me half price if I wanted to buy something else. I told him that his shop was a shower of s*** after which he blanked me. I wont be returning.

Do not shop here. Extremely rude staff, very unhelpful. Absolutely no manners. If I could I would give - 1 star

Be careful, this place does not allow you to refund your items and when you ask them they say we just sell we don't refund. When i asked where the sign is to warn people there's no refunding, he showed me where it was but it was hidden underneath a calendar. Also their receipts have no shop name, address or anything. Such a funny shop.

sadly, this shop is very bad place , when me and my mom had gone to the shop i asked to measure it and he just shouted at my mom and he threw it !!!!!!! very bad service !!!! ill never forget this
