Some great service from the moment I walked in. Greeted when I entered and helped by the member of staff at the till. When they wasn't sure what it was I needed they got the manager Martyn who showed me all the options they had and even brought a few out for me to look at in more detail.

Sent my sister in to grab some bits for a DIY unit for the wall, they were out of stock on the brackets I wanted but Martyn served her and got the best equivalent and told her what it could be used for as she had no clue. Turns out they were better than what I sent her for and they were cheaper so hats off for that. Handy to know that I can send someone who doesn’t know a thing and get service like that!

Useless place frequently now and the service is generally excellent. The staff are very helpful today I was met by Nick who went the extra mile Matt is also extremely helpful always available when there's some difficulty and resolves problems. The female counter hand always friendly informative and helpful. Can't say much more, highly recommended competitive prices.
l was however on occasion rather disappointed when I tried to return an item and they could not accept, inadvertently, I had purchased from a competitor. Needless to say, understandably, they were unable to take that return.

Looked online for some drainrods and found this was the best place to get them , good quality and good price

I went in to the Hanworth branch to replace a faulty strimmer which I had brought a couple of days prior to my visit I was apprehensive weither they would be helpful or if they would give me any trouble but I was pleasantly suprised with the great customer service deleivered by the manager Martyn who served me and gave me an excellent insight into a better strimmer to which I bought which was a few extra pounds but well worth it. Great customer service as he went above and beyond to help me. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very clean store and helpful staff. Happy customer :)

The best customer service I have ever received, friendly welcoming staff, on two occasions Kerry has gone above and beyond and helped me out so much with my order. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks guys a true meaning to customer service and all done with a smile . Fantastic well done

Great service - offered to carry items to my car also

Very good all purpose DIY catalogue store. Staff are very helpful and the service is usually very quick. Orders are usually processed within 5 minutes if the bits you want are in stock. Long opening hours means those in the trade can visit before or after work. Plenty of parking but can get rather busy during peak times.

Great service very quick an efficient the manager has got the team well trained and there service is above and beyond great overall shopping experience will definitely recommend this branch to friends and family.
