I have to say that when I first moved here around two and a half years ago I didn't find this store very friendly or helpful however over the last year I have only ever found every one to be much more upbeat, helpful and in particular yesterday when I went in to shop and use the post office. Every one was so helpful and engaging. So thank you to all the staff there for my lovely shopping experience.

I can honestly say I have never met friendlier staff, I use the store regularly and have nothing but great experiences, there is a lovely lady named Kellee who works on the shop floor, she is always very accommodating and has always been able to help.
I have spoke to the manager on numerous occasions and have always found him very helpful and professional. Could not recommend this store highly enough!!

Staff have clearly been doing their best at busy time of year and after postal strikes etc. I witnessed a customer being very rude and disrespectful which was sad to see as all staff I experienced have been polite and helpful.

I had such a lovely visit to Forest Hill branch of WH Smith that I had to write a review, what a helpful bunch of people who clearly enjoy their jobs. The lady went out of her way to find what I was looking for with a cheerful demeanour. Well done Forest Holl, keep up the great work.

Staff in this store are so welcoming, helpful, and friendly always happy to help their customers going the extra mile where needed
The shop is clean and tidy and a pleasure to shop in
This shop is the heart of the forest hill community always making time to do fun activities with the local schools for world book day and any other occasions
