Argos Balham

This particular Argos on the high street has been there for decades and decades.
It has become part of the high Street but with the developments in online shopping it is difficult to know whether this store Will survive or not.
Sainsbury's who owns Argos have begun to move some of the high Street shops in to the Sainsbury's supermarket.

No doubt the staff are helpful. This store is not as busy as it used to be all those decades ago because of online shopping.

There is local pay and display parking available if you need it but it's not huge.

I only went in to the store for a mobile phone remote battery pack. Maggie the Manager who served me was so welcoming, friendly and offered truly an A* service. We chatted and laughed. Was an amazing experience. Thank you Maggie.

Always friendly service. Credit to the management and teams here, I’ve visited several times and everyone is helpful. The stock levels are good. Parking is usually possibly in Tesco’s.

In an age where we order things and wait for delivery, Argos is one of the few places that is local, convenient and has almost anything you could want to collect on the same day. Love this place. Loads of things are in stock from the website and always get good quick service when I visit.

One of the few free standing Argos stores. Very friendly and helpful staff. No waiting.

I popped in last week looking for a lightbulb, whilst I didn’t find the bulb I wanted the chap was very helpful trying to look through the catalogue and tablet.

Shout-out to Dikesha for excellent customer service. My Fitbit kept disconnecting and she was kind enough to understand the issue but also solved it immediately by offering a return.

Received excellent service today. Thank you Janet for helping us and going beyond the call of duty.

The place was empty so my daughter and I only waited about a minute before her Lego set arrived at the counter. I can get busy though, so pick your time to shop.

I have to say that the click & collect service is a much better service than choosing what you need in the store and then wait for your purchase to be picked up from the stockroom.. I love having to wait only a couple of minutes... 😊😊🥳🥳🥳

I had to travel to Balham branch to get my items because it was all sold out. The store was quiet, staff very helpful. I would definitely this branch and 4tumbler crystal glasses that I bought.

This store has improved so much over the past year. The staff are really nice and professional. The collection wait is now very short. I would recommend Balham Argos to anyone.

The Lady Assistant was very helpful and cortieous. Sorting out items we were interested in and sorting them out.
