Argos Kilburn

Was really frustrated when I came to collect my things but needed ID- which I didn’t bring because it hadn’t mentioned anywhere in the email I needed one. However Asah helped me resolve the issue and was really helpful and nice. Great at managing my frustration and the situation overall and offered a solution, I didn’t get to take some of my items which was a compromise (I needed ID because my kitchen set had scissors in it) but he managed to find a solution and lightened the frustration with his friendliness and humour.

Experience was good, the collection was fast and everyone was friendly.

I was visited Argos before at different store but Argos Kilburn left with a very good experience today specially Ms. Rosemary who helped us to choose a good and reliable items such as single bed frame with orthopaedic mattress as per our requirements and a spacious wardrobe which has also in very affordable price. I went to the Kilburn branch this morning, to return a speaker bought yesterday.
I approached a till where this great dude (Jai) put me at ease, and was very nice, warm and professional.

I had a Refund on 12/03/2022 .
Unfortunately I had lost my receipt at the time so I couldn't get my refund, with patience, she went to the till and found my receipt of the payment from the day before, she really helped me that day!

Was quite impressed with the efficient service. Was expecting quite a noisy environment considering being in Kilburn High Road 😂

I visited Kilburn Argos to pick up an item before watching Spider-Man, I can solemnly say that Spider-Man was my second favourite activity of the day, Ibrahim Khan’s customer service skills and ability to relax me aided my decision making and lead to a comfortable shopping experience, three cheers to the man. We bought a treadmill from the store about a year ago, which is still working properly. Some of my friends told me that they have had issues with most of the items they've bought from Argos, but that was not my case. I think their prices are reasonable enough and even lower compared to their competitors.

My experience with Argos is one of the best it maybe small but it has the best service and the nicest staff.
Their products are amazing and they always work you don’t buy something and then when you end up using it, it doesn’t work because they always work and they never lie.

Late review, went there 2 month ago with my girlfriend to buy a hoover, service was awesome !
I think the guy’s name was Suraj, he made a handle around the hoover’s box by using pieces of string.

Easy to order items staff very helpful especially Sandra and Abduaws who helped me they were very proffesnal and we'll mannered I will visit the store again

Great service by polite and sometimes jovial happy go lucky staff. The fastest pick up point service in the west. These guys must be running on nitrous.
