My office is like 5 mins from this store so I am a frequent visitor.The store looks open and big. It is clean at all times. Well , I never needed any assistance with clothes so can't really comment on their customer service.
Collection - There is a wide variety to choose from.
Sale - I picked up few clothes during sale and they were really good. I got good discount on some clothes.
The store isn't as busy as it should be given it's prime location.

Beautifully set up, clean and unlike in the U.S. there aren’t clothes lying about EVERYWHERE. I will say there’s an obvious difference of what is sold here vs the US. Less of the dress down here. Did find it funny to see a Wisconsin sweatshirt as the other choice next to Los Angeles. If you’ve been to both places you would understand why.

Shocked they open till 19:30 during Christmas season. Friendly staff and store is tidy and spacious.

The new renovations are great and the store feels very open. Large selection of stock to choose from.

good cloths great pricing

My favourite H&M, great selection of clothes- I always find what I'm looking for there. It's also less busy than Oxford Street but it has all the smart and casual styles I'd possibly need. Very reasonably priced ladies clothes. I don't think there is a children/ baby section there.

Very clean and organized store... didn't purchase anything this time, but did try a few things on.

Popped into this store yesterday and was so impressed with it. Nicest H&M I've been in ever. It's has such a zen to it that the others don't. Full of lovely plants, all the clothes are pleasantly lining the rails as opposed to jammed in and fellow customers don't need to squeeze and push past as it's actually roomy enough.
Only downside is it's lacking a ladies sportswear section but can't have it all, hey!

This store is always clean, tidy and the stock is laid out well. Perfect if you need to find a quick outfit before or after work.

A Very relaxed atmosphere, tidy ,staff friendly, a change in the merchandise placement 🙂 better, I always think it good to change things around , having worked in retail , big plus, but could use more natural fabrics !!

Excellent lay out with good selection of tasteful clothes plus small selection of home items. Store is clean and tidy, can get very busy and changing rooms are small for size and popularity.

Great branch of HM, the clothes they have here are more professional so its easier to shop for office workwear in here compared to the larger ones in Oxford Street where they have something for everyone

Needed a quick bag. Super convenient and very helpful staff. Easily navigates around the store .

Love this shop! So minimalist and beautiful ! They sell real flowers and collection looks much better than before
