Outstanding service from Alex this afternoon even thought they were really busy. Rather than turning me away he went above and beyond to help me send a DHL parcel. Genuinely brilliant customer service 5*!!

Exceptional customer service by a gentleman named Zeeshan Ahmed, he was super friendly, helpful and patient and helped me trace a DHL package that had been returned by mistake. He really went above and beyond to help me solve this issue, thank you again!

My favourite Rymans (at least ever since the Marylebone store with the post office closed). Sue the manager did a great job with the ever changing cast of characters working there. She’s moved on but there are still some really good people there. This one does DHL drop off which I use a lot, & the post office is just across the road. Actually it’s in a very handy corner of London. Just next door is a great place for lunch (106 Baker St, part of the Holmes Hotel), not to mention branches of Gail’s, Pret, Costa, Starbucks, Robert Dyas, Rosa’s Thai, Boots, Tesco Extra & Sainsbury Local! Have I left anyone out?
