On December 8th 2023, 7.30pm I received an exceptional support from the store manager at Vodafone Strand. Surpassing my expectations, the store manager showcased patience, addressed all my inquiries with confidence, making him my preferred contact for any Vodafone requests as a new customer. An excellent service and overall positive experience for customers. thank you so much

staff here exceptionally helpful and offered me a competitive deal, surpassing what O2 and Three could provide. Their staff communicated in an understandable manner, free of jargon, making the process smooth. Moreover, they offered a fantastic deal for switching my broadband, leaving me thoroughly impressed with their service.

Staff at the store are fantastic, felt very safe visiting the store and gave fantastic service. Perfect to grab your pas you go and pay monthly sims that offer great roaming options for travellers and locals. Highly recommend the store , for fast service and brilliant advice. Store also has fantastic offers.

Visited the shop today and I believe it is safe to say that this was one of the best (if not the best) services I have ever received. Lexy was extremely patient with us, helpful as ever and if I could I would leave a 15 star review. Once again a massive thank you goes to Lexy. Lexy (or Lexi) the manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had an issue with my phone not connecting to 5G. This problem was ongoing for over a year. I had multiple SIM card swaps by other stores and actions performed by the online and telephone technical teams but nothing helped. On the off chance of a visit to London I popped in here to see if they could help. Lexy dealt with me promptly and contacted her backend team which fixed my issue in about 15mins. It just goes to show that experience matters, and I’m now a happy customer. Thanks very much Lexy. You’re an asset to Vodafone.

Jilani and Sonia are a credit to Vodafone; after spending hours dealing with staff in another store (who completely botched my order and subsequently led to the phone number I’ve had for 24 years being cancelled), they made it their mission to resolve the problem and even stayed after closing hours to address my issue. I don’t believe customers should be valued according to how much they spend, but I have 5 devices on my account and it was their excellent customer service that has retained my business with Vodafone. If only all interactions with Vodafone were as good.

Great experience. Lexi went out of her way to help as much as possible! She helped me unlock my phone by contacting my old service provider in Canada and still had time to serve customers. Would definitely recommend, Dan was awesome too. Very polite, super friendly and overall extremely helpful. Will absolutely go back if I have any further issues. Thanks guys!!

Excellent service. Walked in having had my phone stolen the night before and Mubasher managed to recover my phone number and also set up my new contract for me within the session. Mubasher was so friendly and patient with me, as were the rest of the staff. Really helped with the whole situation. Thank you!!!

Lexi and bee are an incredible team. They make this store the success that it is. There bosses are very lucky to have them. They solved a complex problem and I love coming into them!

My phone got stolen a couple days ago and I wanted to get a new sim. I have been in the Stratford branch where I got a new sim, but unfortunately it was not activated straight. Two days later and after many many phone calls I went into this branch and Mubashar fixed my problem within 5 minutes. Not only been professional but super fast and kind as well! He is a great asset to your company!
