Do not buy from them. If you do, beware of their shipping dates, often in several months time, invalidation PayPal cover. I purchased a "3250 Lego set. They provided bogus tracking number and then silence. No email replies, phone numbers non existent. PayPal refund took 3 months!

Worst experience ever. Avoid . SCAM. ordered £500 worth big lego set. Item never arrived. There was issue with tracking number... tryed to contact seller. Sent several emails. No reply. My money is gone. Will open dispute with paypal.

My boyfriend ordered a Nintendo switch animal crossing edition from Regal stationers on 5th April. With an estimated delivery date of 9-14th April. It is now the 21st April. We paid £362.90 for this and it still hasn’t arrived, I am understanding of the covid situation and the fact there has been bank holidays however there has been no communication to suggest it’s even been shipped. Their company has now since closed, not replying to emails or calls? Extremely disappointed- please contact Craig to prove this is not a massive SCAM.

Do NOT order Lego items from this store. £500 item did not arrive. PayPal brilliant in refunding money.

BUYER BEWARE. Scam artists take your money and then do not deliver your products. No reply to any attempt to contact them and no chance of a refund.

Really bad service. Over 2 months to receive less than half my order and then weeks longer to finally receive a refund for the rest. Don't waste your time.
