John Lewis Sloane Square

Visited the cafe to redeem my new member rewards - free drink and cake at its cafe. Sloane Square branch has The top restaurant at 6F. Have a view there, not bad for a quick rest.

My favourite John Lewis branch, great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The shop always looks very tidy and well presented. Cafe on the 6th floor has a very good selection of cakes, Danish etc. Fantastic views of West London

Excellent service from Geraldine in the basement ( kitchen wear). She was friendly, yet professional, attentive and knowledgeable. She helped me in choosing an air fryer as a gift for someone. Nothing was too much trouble for Geraldine. She made me feel a very welcome customer. Harry on the ground floor desk was also great in taking feedback on Geraldine’s excellent service. If she hadn’t come to assist me I’d have walked out without making a purchase. The lady in collections ( senior in age, short grey hair) was superb also. Very polite, quick and helpful. Good experience all round. Very happy with the products purchased also.

Always a pleasant experience here. The restaurant is an interesting way to see the sights over North west London.

Absolutely my go to shop never fails

Bought washing machine AEG 9000 series, softwater technology also with steam, that will safe time and money go to dry cleaning, very great quality, designed very modern.

A very good store, plenty of merchandise at reasonable prices. Courteous and helpful service. A very pleasing shopping experience.

Peter Jones/John Lewis, l would in my opinion is the best of the bunch. A super selection of products and all served by professional, knowledgeable and pleasant staff.

What’s not to love about John Lewis (or Peter Jones)?! This time round we only popped in to use the toilets however most times we’d suckers for the kitchen department

It has a really nice cafe with a big windows and a great view from the area. I had chicken mushroom rice soup! It was very nice and tasty!

Cafe with brilliant views, ranges of items for improving where you live at quality unbeaten, they deliver, staff who know their product. Shop snack and shop again. Meet up, consider then keep this heritage company going. Presents and heirlooms. Children, pets, yourself, your place to live...In the centre of town. Tube and bus, Lambourghini parking close nearby... its always a positive experience. Escalators to all 5 floors. More than one cafe. Toilets clean and accessible.
