Went to move a contracts from a different provider and move ownership of an existing account.

The staff where super friendly, extremely helpful and polite.

Both things where resolved very quickly with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend popping in store. I shall be back in a year to renew my contract!

Amazing experience here today, two very helpful and friendly sales assistants, one helped me select a new cable (braided) and I overheard the other helping a lady transfer data from her mum's phone to her new one, and then help another customer select a phone and helped her transfer her contacts. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you so much!

The team at this location is outstanding. Despite dealing with a complex technical issue with the O2 network and a failed switch to an eSIM, Finn was incredibly responsive and helpful. I hope the rest of the O2 backend team can match this level of promptness and efficiency.

It was back in September when I needed assistance in the store. Pedro and Hadil were very helpful ! They even stayed overtime to help me to sort out the problems. I hope the management can read this review! They do deserve recognitions for their hard work and professionalism .

On a recent trip to UK I dropped into this outlet to merely explore my options for having a phone during my visit. As I entered I was immediately received and greeted very pleasantly by Finn. He listened to my reasons for my visit and immediately suggested that my needs would be best met through a special offer O2 had that week. As I agreed with his conclusions I asked if he would set up my phone as , being a baby boomer, I’m not as versed as I felt certain he was. I was delightfully surprised with Finn’s pleasant and professional manner in helping me out after fully and accurately understanding my needs. We’ll done Finn and O2, from a very satisfied customer 👏👏👍👍🙏

Amanda was an absolute angel and couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and understanding at what was an incredibly difficult time after having my phone stolen. The care and attention that Amanda showed me to help me through a trying day sorting out a new phone was incredible. She went above and beyond to then help me get a good deal on my new phone. Their staff knows more than whole O2 customer services over the phone. Resolved my issue with a simple workaround that phone support couldn’t do in weeks.

All the staff were really happy to help. I got the new phone I wanted here recently without having to wait for a delivery. I will certainly make this my go to O2 shop.

I had a great experience at this O2 store, thank you. I was greeted in a friendly manner and asked to have a chair, being they were working with others. Diego then helped me switch over one phone to the next, and assisted with a new SIM card and SIM swap. He was friendly, patient, professional and helpful. What a wonderful team. The fabulous young lady that served me knew her stuff when helping me get a pay as you go sim, installed it for me and even ran down the road to catch me when I forgot to take the bit with the phone number on 🤦‍♂. GIVE THAT LADY A PAYRISE 🥰. 10 out of 10

Staff sorted me out with a new eSIM with little fuss and delay. Shame their phone-based customer service couldn't work with the same efficiency and intelligence!

Great service received from Mr George at O2 shop at king Road , Sloane Square Station in south London, yesterday. I bought a moto g31 then returned to shop came t to get it exchange for g30 which was lower price. He exchange without giving me any hassles and the difference of the prices.this gesture wasn't expected. Before retuned to king Road, I went to different O2 shops near my area, some O2 shops told they're franchise , some they don't have it in shops, ome told they can't refund me the difference.

Fantastic help by Betty. Made the process of getting a new phone so easy and felt very welcomed as it was all quite a challenge with the security code! She made it all very easy and clear and made sure I got the best offer. Thank you Betty

Due to the regular English weather rain had started pouring down while me and my family had set out wearing summer clothes to visit the Saatchi Gallery. We frantically looked for somewhere to stand but every shop looked unwelcoming. Then the 02 workers looked at us with a pleasant smile and we stood inside. We had a quick conversation about the weather (as you do) and then I processed to prod at the phones (like any tech savvy teenager). The 02 sales people were still pleasant to us even though they knew we weren't buying anything. And for that I felt I should review this branch, as it gave me a taste of great customer service.

Big help from Leroy. Had a discussion about the pixel 6 pro and broadband services. Smart guy, didnt just try to fob me an iphone and understood I actually knew what I wanted. Also went through different Virgin Media packages to think about

Huge shoutout to the guy called aaron he proper helped me out a while back with getting a new phone. Proper lovely bloke walked me through everything. Fantastic all round even if my phone got stolen 4 weeks later

Legends! My smartphone recharge socket broke. They helped after shop closed to make sure my data transferred to new smartphone before the old smartphone's battery died.
