I felt compelled to write a review of the excellent service I received today from Henry. Henry helped with his knowledge and excellent customer service. I can assure that I will be returning and looking forward to my experience. Thank you very much !!!

Brilliant staff members all round. The queue is short as they work fast. Very helpful if you need advice. Top people in there. Good work guys. This is my preferred store.

I was approached by a lovely staff member called Mehmet asking if I needed assistance which I definitely did need. I had no clue where to start… (sorry Mehmet!)
He was very friendly and informed me on all the details for the specific product I was enquiring about. Will most definitely return here :)

I'll be honest, this Wickes branch is completely hit and miss and I've had more bad experiences than good, but lately the ladies on the checkout have provided great customer service and the 5* go to Henry who helped me with my compost Click and Collect (he wheeled it out of the shop and loaded it in my car.) I didn't even need to ask, he offered with a smile on his face. More Henrys at Wickes pls!

UPDATE 8TH MARCH 2024. 5*stars to Abbey! I popped into Wickes to buy 9 bags of heavy topsoil. All the male colleagues were on lunch but Abbey saved the day and happily offered to help me load my car. It was a heavy job and Abbey was fantastic. Great customer service. Please give her a raise/ bonus!

I called this store today and spoke to a very polite young Lady called Trinity, she was very helpful, and gave us in site to what drills she had in store, but only had one left in the make we wanted, I said I'll be to her with in half an hour, and when we got to the store, this young Lady had very kindly put it aside for us, she was so polite, lovely kind smile, and her Customer Service was exceptional. This is a BIG Thank you to you Trinity.

I’m not sure the managers name (light brown, dreads/braids, not tall but not short) but the service he delivered to me and my mum was impeccable. Thank you so much for helping with our cancellation and getting new bricks! I shopped at Wicks for the first time today and honestly I will never shop anywhere else for DIY and garden supplies.
The staff were the most helpful I have encountered in a long time.
Michael really made the shopping experience so easy because he was helpful, attentive and went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed for Kitchen, bathroom and toilet tiles. He made our shopping experience effortless. The cashier and a couple more staff were also friendly and helpful, honestly this company is doing something right because all the staff I came across actually liked their jobs.
Fantastic service

We first visited neighbour store homebase for redecorating my kitchen unit, after being treated very badly and with poor customer support, we then paid a visit to Wickes.
A member of staff called Necibe, was so lovely that with no intention or interest to make a purchase from Wickes, myself and my family decided to redesign our kitchen with the help of the amazing Necibe Berk. During our two hour consultation, she was very attentive and detailed, considering I have zero knowledge regarding building and measurements, she made everything very clear and treated me and my family very very nicely with her professionalism. She definitely convinced us to proceed with our purchase and we are very happy with the service. We will definitely pay another visit if necessary and will ask for her again, she is absolutely amazing! You should ask for her specifically!

One thing—-I did ask about recycling the hefty old kitchen monoblock I was replacing, no one of 3 members of staff knew.
But just down the road was Tewkesbury Rd and a scrap metal merchant who I am confident will recycle every bit!

I have been here to buy a few DYI stuff as well as ordering online. The only thing with ordering online is that they don't give us a specific time only a range between 7am to 7pm, so prefered to click and collect option. Apart from that, it's super, very cheap too.

I have 5* customer service today from Kefhfai, a young gentleman who works at Tottenham store. He went above and beyond and I was so impressed and grateful for the assistance he provided. He carried my items as he could see that I would struggle to my car. He is an asset to your company and I hope you recognise him for his efforts and commitment to your company.

The Service I received from a young lady called Koos was amazing. I had returns and wanted to buy something else instead and she made the whole experience easy. Very helpful and friendly.

The designer was first class. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. Very passionate about his work and pleasing his customers. Really happy with the wicks team. The sales assistant. Designer and manager.

Wickes was spotless there was sanitizer in the entrance , sign on entrance said no mask no entry but unfortunately there were about 5 people without masks even though there was a security guard on the door. But it was well stocked and staff very efficient,

I went here to look for a key for my radiators, I couldn't find where they were located I asked a member of staff where I should look and they were very helpful, also it's very tidy and I liked the presentation of the products they have.

Ordered a worktop online and got it two days after delivered by two kind men who tried to help me carring it. They kept me updated about the delivery and even did the favour of calling me when they were 5 mins away from my place so I could wait outside. Thank you!

The staff are so helpful. Always a good experience
