Iceland Supermarket Wembley

Not only this Iceland, but generally all over Iceland stores are very easy by finding right products&items, very organising of products on isles and shelves, good prices.

Wembley is still the best Iceland store local to me by far ! Big respect to the Somali security guard for always making my day n making me smile. Keep up the good work guys ur appreciated ..

Contrary to popular belief, Iceland is so much more than frozen food. Naturally this is unrivalled in terms of range and price - I still can't understand how they do it. Their chilled section, produce and grocery department are also extensive. The bonus is their lovely staff. Layout is perfect. They have packed so much in to that branch. Shopping in person as well as online home delivery - both are a delight. Many thanks

Iceland at Wembley Central is definitely the best branch locally. Its not the closest to where I live but I usually choose to shop there. The shelves are better stocked. The staff are really lovely n polite at this store. And unlike the Harlesden branch don't have a terrible attitude n look at you like you are robbing the place.

It is true that employees do all the work and make the company shine on productivity and growth. However, we cannot overlook the fact that there are managers and trainee managers who make things run smoothly in the organizations. They set goals and targets and motivate their staff to reach and exceed them so that as the company thrives, the employees thrive too. They go the extra mile for customers and today one of them went the extra mile for me. This feedback is a thank you letter to congratulate me to Szabina, on the work she did and the way how she was able to resolve my issue today at the store, with a smile I have been able to see even though the mask! A smile that good customer service must have naturally at all the time.

Granted, it's not as big as the Tesco beside it but it makes for more efficient shopping. Their prices are competitive and their products are pretty good, particularly their ready meals and frozen products.

Great store, with some great quality items at good prices. 2 loaves of fresh Iceland bread for 1.60 is hard to beat and their chicken breast strips for 3.00 is better than KFC 😍😣

I went into ICELANDS, the WEMBLEY BRANCH on Thurs 8/7/21, to purchase a few things, as i entered with my tired self, i was greeted by a very friendly and most welcoming gentleman; the security guard working his shift (FEMI O SOMORIN, Cordant Security). As i finished my shopping and waited in the queue to pay, he came over, lifted up my basket (which was overflowing with items) and endeavoured to place my items on the conveyor belt. His generousity and kindness was really touching. Thank you in appreciation Femi 💛

Only one standing from the old stores of Wembley, the place itself has had many changes but Iceland is the last one standing cos we all know it's the best store in Wembley. The new refurb looks amazing, the layout is better than other stores I can name and obviously the stores service is top notch too, everyone from the security to the floor staff.

I am a daily shopper at the Wembley Iceland. I am very satisfied with the foods products and the staff is also professional!!!! Anne-Marie, Shazia, Pavda, Sandra, Abbu, Juliet, Szabina, Brandon full respect for you! Anne-Marie services me always polite and handles my bonus card with nice smiling face. Much better since the refurb- everything looks nice, the customer service is better than before i was at the till where a young lady was serving me named ASSMA very chatty and well spoken.

I like shopping here for bits and bobs very good deals and every one is always friendly and helpful .Always nice to see the tall security guard always have a chat whenever I shop there .

They deliver your shopping home if it's more than 25 pounds. Prices are reasonable on certain items especially those discounted .
