I return my evri/Hermes parcels here and they have always been friendly and reliable. I’ve not yet had any issues with my refunds. Just note that although the shop closes later they can only process returns until 7pm

5 stars for the business and staff because I have never had a bad experience whilst coming to this shop. I’m in here every morning to drop parcels off for shipment and the guys are always helpful to me and to other customers that walk in whilst I am there.

Absolutely the best parcel shop in South london. I go past two to get to this one. Space, professionalism, manners, great customer service!. Every time. Will return again! 5 stars!

Super easy and organised parcel drop service

Came in to drop off a parcel. Person at the counter was very helpful and provided support with the machine. Good selection of products as well. Will keep supporting this shop.

Their stock has declined in recent years (no print media), and they have a revolving door of concession arrangements at front and back of the shop which to me detracts from the place. No contactless.

However, the service is good and it's open when lots of other places aren't. It would be bad if it went under.

avoid at all costs!! the owner made me wait 20 minutes on the side and served everyone that came in AFTER me first, and then refused to give me my parcel while cursing at me…truly appalling customer service

Came to drop off Amazon returns and was treated rudely and sworn at by two employees. Very toxic and hostile environment.

When it comes to Hermes collection very poor service!! I will never return there. He had an awful attitude and refused to apologise FOR SENDING MY PARCEL BACK BEFORE IT WAS DUE TO BE SENT BACK. This is not the first time I have had bad service there. My fault for returning. Seeing other bad review stating racism makes me feel less crazy because I have seen them give great service to other races but just not me??? I will now be collecting my parcels from the Tesco with much better service. I do not recommend the manager/ owner is a handful to deal with and shouts at customers.

2 man screamed and shouted at me when I was dropping off parcel. They didn't want to take the package from me. Instead they shouted in broken english fighting over noise coming form loud hoover (as I guess hoovering is another normal activity during working hours). Refused to help even when I clearly said I'm not comprehending their instructions, and continued screaming at me until I managed to place it through random hole in the wall. Avoid if possible.

Horrible place, tried to return a package, online it says that this place is the closest PACKAGE AND PRINT IN-STORE. The man at the counter refused to package my parcel and even berated and swore at us. I highly recommend going anywhere else to do your packages.
Heres a tip, maybe change your store to just print in-store, instead of having this rude man at the counter berate customers.
