Very nice shop with variety of product range 👌

I frequent this convenience store and it is the best in the area. After their refurbishment about two years ago, the store is much larger and now stocks fresh bread and they have a Nestlé Gold Blend coffee machine, making for convenient mornings. Customer service is also friendly.

Jalaram drastically need improve their customer service. Ive had several complaints in the past re out of date food, being over charged and short changed but the worst part of this shop is the female owners rudeness to everyone. To improve customers experience i suggest that her husband stops letting her serve customers!!

Poor customer service staff are very dismissive of problem without checking or trying to help.

Terrible, I just been there and they had pain au chocolate expired from the 24th of December. I took four items and when I went to pay the overcharged me twice and I had to come back to the shop to make the counts clear, the lady on the till she was laughing at me like if is nothing to do with her when she over charged for 4 items more than 1.50 and she didnt even give you the ticket, and then she explained that she charged me 50 p for a card transaction when she didnt said anything at all before I paid, and no sign of card charged anywhere. When I told her she should tell me that before I paid by card because there is a free cash machine just outside the shop, she told me is not free, they charge 1.39 for cash withdraws, so I went outside and check again and said free withdraws, but she kept laughing and saying is charging. Amazing experience and the worst customer service, seriously, they will not see me there ever again.
