Better to drop/ collect evri parcel from somewhere else, they have different reasons not to help you with your parcel. Sometimes it's timings, or short staff, or machines not working, or parcels have not arrived even though you get a delivery notification.

Evri should take into account a lot of complaints and reviews by customers and remove this shop from its listing

Like everyone else has put in their reviews do not use this shop as a collection point for your Evri delivery. I was notified on the Temu app that Zippies had refused to take my parcel and that it was being returned to the Evri depot. Why be a ParcelShop if you don't want to do it properly, makes no sense whatsoever. Anyway I will be putting in a complaint to Evri to have Zippies removed as a ParcelShop.

Discussed by all staff! Fist attempt to collect my parcel and was told the system is down as its past 14.00. Rude, arrogant, ignorant and simply nobody care. Filthy shop.
Just came back home, collected the package and that little ‘man’ behind the counter was so arrogant with disgusting attitude, told me ‘go to the yellow box and find it’. A pile of hundreds of packages, in nearly taller as myself box I had to dive into. He told me he works only one day in the store so it's not his job to do this. This shop should be closed down.

Worse customer service ever, it's almost as if someone or Evri is forcing this rude man to keep customers packages. The shop is open from 08:30 until 11pm but when you walk up there to pick up your item at 3pm this man refuses to give it to you stating that pickup is between 8am and 2pm.
He was so rude to my wife the last time she went to pick up your her stuff and asked her to go and raid through numerous items to search her package herself and she warned me never to go send anything there but I did and was treated like absolute rubbish.
Someone will send their stuff there because they work and won't be at home and if this rude shop owner will not let you pick your items after 2pm even though the shop is open then what's the point? When I asked him where it states that he closes at 2pm he just pointed to a little handwritten time he's made on his counter for me to check.
I will warn anyone not to send anything to this rude person especially if you are a woman anymore because they have no respect for themselves or anyone. If I could give zero start I would

Poor service from the staff, very rude they do not know how to deal with customers. The people that work there are never welcoming , always looking depressed. It’s the closest corner shop to me and I frequently visit them and everytime I buy something I get charged different amount by different staff. Also I do not know why this is a pickup point for parcels because most of the times they be refusing to take the parcel and the poor EVRI courier guy has to ring me to let me know that the shop isn’t taking my parcel.

Theres this one time I asked the staff that I’m here to collect my parcel and mind you it’s my first time collecting from this store, he points at a huge cardboard box full of parcels and the box is overflowing with parcels huge pile taller then me . The guy working there says to me “go have a look in those boxes” and i was struggling to find my parcel for about a good 10 minutes and he didn’t even ask me if i needed help.

Extremely rude man with a bad and poor attitude and no sense of customer service.. no idea what he is so fattened about running a small off licence store. I had a small parcel with just a piece of cloth to be returned and he says the driver has left for the day and he has no space in his shop for this tiny parcel. Even after requesting that this is the 3rd time I have come (2 times his scanner machine was not working) he has the audacity to talk so rudely. Its sad he thinks he is the only person in Hounslow who can take parcels .

Awful, rude and don’t follow evri procedures. Please report them to evri as they won’t take your parcel if they don’t feel like it.

Terrible service received with regards to returning an item. For a week they kept saying they do not have print labels. Should be banned from Evri!!!

I don't understand why Ervi doesn't take any action against this shop. They have their own rules for drop-off but don't display them. It seems like they do whatever they feel like.

Avoid for Hermes drop-off. Refused to take the parcel on Saturday morning saying that they are open only on week days. Hermes website shows they they are open on Saturday.

Avoid at all costs....rude...rude... inefficient... absolutely no customer service. Had go in three times for a Hermes drop off. The shop assistant did not want to take the parcel , he refused to explain why ...had to go back again, he found it extremely funny that I had to come back. The website clearly states they should take the parcel.

Avoid all drops off. They try to tell me that because it’s Saturday the Evri drop-off has closed at 14:00, but I can do it online 24h. How stupid they can be!😃 Anyway, avoid…avoid!
