Amazing service from Michael and Janine. Twice now I’ve been desperate for prints and photocopies at the last minute for my visa and they’ve been incredibly helpful and friendly during a stressful time. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from anywhere. Hats off to them!!

This is a wonderfully organised and stocked store for it’s size, I was greeted and aided by Ruby and Michael. They were very knowledgeable, polite and courteous and helped me to set up a business account for some great perks including 10% off of my business purchases. I highly recommend this branch of Rymans.

All the staff here are great particularly Janine who is super helpful and really friendly. So great to have such a useful store near my work with a very good range of products. Thanks for saving me a lot of stress!

I was here today to print some menus with gloss papers and have them laminated, Ruby helped me so much and was incredibly, because she actually bothered to spend the time to neatly cut and laminate each one to the exact ratio and make it perfect even though I wasn’t being charged for how accurate she was, I wanted to leave this review to say thank you so much, definitely deserves a raise!

I recently visited Ryman - Whitecross St London EC1. I needed some advice on my purchase and was assisted by Maisha, a member of staff, who was polite and friendly and went out of her way to help. She is a credit to your company. 5 Stars

This is one of my favourite Ryman shops. The location is very good. It is moments away from the Waitrose shop close to the Barbican and next door to a really nice Pret. We send all our DHL packages from there and have never had a problem. I think that the stock must be properly warehoused because: non of the pens or sticky tapes or Post-It notes are ever dried out so they are nice and sticky. We also get our printer cartridges from there too. I think the turnover must be quite high because the ink is always 'fresh'. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's a nice place to browse and get art materials for the children.

They were very nice to me. A rare quality now a days.

Michal was absolutely great and provided a first class service. His behaviour should serve as a role model of how to deliver great customer service. He helped me with scanning and also binding. He showed me an example of the DPI resolution on a single scan to make sure I was happy before we went ahead with the whole batch. He also managed to do it double sided as I had a few pages that were double sided. However as 80% was single sided, when it scanned there were multiple blank pages, so he only charged me for the actual pages which were used not the blank ones. As he was not busy in store, he then proceeded to do my binding on the spot. He also enquired about if I had my Ryman's card, I hadn't used the account for a while but managed to log in and thus got a discount. I left feeling really pleased about the whole experience. Well done Michal, keep up the fantastic service.

The staff are all really friendly here. We ship through DHL most weeks and they are always professional and happy to help ! The store offers printing services as well as a very large selection of stationary. You can find many good deals. If a regional manager sees this …. Please give them some better Aircon, your staff deserve it.

I had an amazing Polish gentleman help me. He spent time helping me work out my files so that I would be able to print.

I commend the way the manager resolved my DHL issue today calmly, competently and with great customer service. I have used the DHL service regularly with no issues and it is good value through Rymans. There is also good stock instore for stationery. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I would like to to Compliment your Employees, Janine and Aridi @ Ryman’s Cherry Tree Walk, for the excellent service they provided, when I visited the Store today. Their professionalism and enthusiasm, far exceeded my expectation, and this has to be acknowledged. And they were extremely patient with me, when I forgot to take the pins of the paperwork I was photocopying and jammed the machines.
It is my pleasure to shop there, with such fantastic staff, and I will continue to do so.

Amazing service: Janine helped us figuring out the right dimensions for our leaflets by printing out samples to be sure that they were coming out ok, and even took the burden to cut all the 100 pages into 4 pieces... THANK YOU!!!

Very helpful staff. I went in to buy a bundle of USB sticks. When at the counter the member of staff recommended a another product that I had not spotted which saved me a tidy sum.
