Went there to pick up a package today. The guy who attended me was nice and helpful =)

OMG LOVED the place people very friendly Food exquisite could not find any fault, except when a customer tried to knock me of my seat by a mobility scooter lol..🤣🤣

Rude, awful attitude. Had difficulties bringing a pram into the shop and was told to leave it by the door (due to narrow aisles). Shopkeeper was annoyed that I only had the UPS slip and partner's IDs on the phone. He was very stroppy about this and gave me the parcel reluctantly. Don't hand it over if it was such a big issue that I didn't have the physical ID?! I was polite the whole time so I don't know why he had so much attitude.

Do not use this place as a pick up parcel point. I went to pick up my parcel when I arrived they told me they don't have it anymore as they returned due to long waiting time (more than 5 days). I contacted the delivery company and they told me that my packet still at this shop. I went the next day and my parcel was there the guy knew I was there the previous day and told me that I shouldn't complain that I did it wrong... When I tried to speak he said " I don't want to hear you if you want to your parcel be quiet". Like that, seriously avoid at all costs

Rude. Unhelpful. Unprofessional. Disorganised. Out of choice, I would never use this UPS location.

Extremely rude guys, not recommend at all! Find alternatives around there are many nicer places.

Unbelievably rude owner/workers. Can't even have a polite conversation. Honestly, avoid, save yourself the headache.
