Over the years I've found most of the staff lovely, happy and helpful in this branch. The store must have a good manager. WHSmith are expensive so I only usually buy products from them that are same price everywhere although sometimes one can get some bargain reduced price confectionery in this store.

I had a wonderful experience in the WH Smith store. The customer service was exceptional. One staff member in particular exceeded my expectations her name is Latanya. She honestly deserves all the praise and recognition by her management. An asset it to her company and a very hardworking individual!

WH Smiths in Kilburn. An Amazing collection of newspapers and magazines. A truly memorable and exceptional experience . They also sell Irn Bru which is becoming increasingly difficult to find nowadays.

The customer service was excellent especially Latanya, who was an amazing, professional, intelligent, friendly, well mannered, polite, patient and super staff.

Latanya provided me an amazing and very promising service which I had a DHL parcel to be delivered.

My DHL Parcel arrived earlier than I expected and I am so happy and grateful to Latanya for reassuring me with everything. Thank you so much.
