The Staff is just awesome, very friendly and helpful. The shopping is very simple but you must have an Amazon account. You just have to enter the store and pick up whatever you need and just walk out with just a scan of your phone with the Amazon App. You will receive the bill latter on your email. The experience is amazing as you shop. It’s just walkout shopping. try it it’s worth a visit.

A small shop with almost all the necessary items stacked up and neatly arranged. Very helpful staff and good deals in store.

I've been to a few Amazon fresh shop, but whenever I pop by to this shop, i always find that they have more hot food selection then the other store, and it's a bit bigger than your than the one in South Kensington.

Think it's great that they have the step by step instructions before you enter the shop.

Had a great experience in here. The system works like magic, the associates working here are super friendly and always greeting with a smile. Lots of selection and promotions. very convenient if you are in a hurry! No Staying in Q’s.

Also they do sampling of their items which are very delicious 😋

I regularly visit the shop both to collect online orders and to buy few items. The shop is always very clean, even if not big I always find what I need. The best asset of the shop anyway is the staff: they are always very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The level of customer service is consistently very good, something that it's not so easy to find lately. Well done guys!

Brilliant. Nice tidy layout, no checkouts so no frustrating queues, can pick up some shopping while waiting for bus and nip out to catch bus when you see it come! Great time saver, watch prices as most are similar to m and so and waitrose, some special offers. Easy to take returns back as well.

VISIT NOW! This store is amazing. They've resolved the technical issue I've had, which means I can shop here and it's now as simple and intuitive as breathing. The prices are also great, and CHEAPER than the Asda Superstore! e.g., 90p for Oreo packet, vs. £1.20 at Asda.

The products are fresh, it's hassle free and super convenient, especially for collecting parcels, very happy with the level of service there;

I used to collect from another collection hub in a shop nearby, but sometimes they couldn't find my parcel behind the counter or had to wait whilst they served other customers paying for items, was very frustrating, especially when you've received the message from Amazon saying your parcel 'HAS' been delivered and is ready for collection.

Great addition to Hounslow.

You've probably already heard of them, you walk in, pick up what you want, then leave.

They do provide free paper bags which is great! The store is clean and very well presented.

You will need an Amazon account with a payment card added in order to enter the store as the app generates a code which is scanned upon entry.

Multiple people can enter the store using the same account by scanning the same code multiple times. (This is allowed)

Although the process is simple and game changing, it is not perfect. Some items don't get picked up on your checkout and others get mistaken for similar items. I have not been charged extra in these scenarios, instead charged some pennies less. But this could go wrong very easily, however, Amazon support is usually great so should be simple to resolve through the app.

If your code is rejected by the gates, you may need to verify your card which the staff at the store can do. Otherwise, if it still fails and this is your first time using Amazon, I recommend buying a 10p e-mail Amazon gift card so that Amazon can use your card. Assuming that goes through fine, your card should be verified and your fresh code should start working.

Amazing experience it is to go for shopping and all you need to do is to scan a barcode at the start. Unique way to shop and i think more and more shops use this method so that the reliance on in store employees is reduced to almost zero.

The range is limited, nothing too great.

Fully automated shopping🛍💸 market in the center of Hounslow East and Isleworth surrounding. One who likes to buy things quicker and essential, we can buy here with quality. But seems bit costlier than other shops.

I've been to the Ealing one but looking forward to this one. Saw the staff working hard yesterday getting it all ready so can't wait.

Convenient, fast, minimal fuss or hassle. No queuing. Some good deals and promos on occasion... When you're next in the shop, look up and smile at the cameras every 50 cm on the ceiling! They know who is buying what, using a combination of the cameras and the weight of the product on the shelf. Just remember to put the product back exactly where you picked it up from if you change your mind, or there is a good chance you will be charged for it. The coffee is good value at £2.30 for any hot drink with a choice of oat milk as well. A refreshing shopping experience...

So pleased to have this in Hounslow after having visited the stores in Ealing, Wembley and Richmond. Located near to Hounslow bus garage this store offers everything you need on a grab and go basis. Very good produce and excellent range of hot food and cold sandwiches. Hot drinks and pastries are available all day too. Prices are comparable with other local stores and are often cheaper.
To access the store you'll need the Amazon app (not the Amazon Go app!!!) Go to the trolley icon and click fresh code. That generates the QR code and in you go. Paper bags are free and the reusable green bags are £1. I'm always amazed how accurate the store is in knowing what you've taken. At the end just walk out and after a short while you'll get a receipt with your time in store and your expenditure. Excellent stuff!

Amazing customer service received yesterday!
As a mom to a newborn little things can make the difference and I appreciated they looked after me as a customer.
I popped in very early in the morning with my baby to pick up breakfast but my usual vegan banana bread wasn’t out yet. I was about to leave the store but the guy at the door wanted to help and sent one of his colleagues to check at the back and made sure they put out my item for me. I left the store a few mins later with what I needed. Thank you! Fed mama and happy customer!

I cant imagine a day without this branch of amazon fresh. The customer experience with the staff and the deals are amazing. They are like family. They make me feel I am Jeff Besoz :)

Excellent experience shopping at the first amazon store here in hounslow. The experience was super pleasant and the reps at the shop were super friendly. The shopping thru to getting out hehe no billing or queing of course, so advanced. They also have a freshly ground coffee machines and loved the roast they have got there seving.

Definately would be a place for quick shopping rounds and super fast and convenient.
