Starbucks Coffee

First time going to this Starbucks, got my usual Caramel Frapuccino and it's the best one I've ever had from any Starbucks 😀

Seems lovely but it is on a road side so not sure how it can improve the atmosphere when it’s kind of dependent on the A19…?!

The staff are friendly & welcoming, the seating area was clean & they were busy.

4 high speed EV chargers with CCS and Chademo on each. I always charge here on a long trip and have a coffee on the sofas by the ceiling to floor windows. Lovely place.

Great now that Dogs ARE allowed inside the cafe. This is our local Starbucks, and we were pleased to visit today there was an official sticker on the entrance door saying that well-behaved dogs ARE allowed inside the store. So we took our dog in, and she was made welcome - one member of staff even coming to admire her at our table. Hopefully other Starbucks will follow suit as lots of Cafe Nero shops having allowed dogs in for years.

Very nice, clean, staff were lovely and had a great selection of food for a service stop with a good vegetarian range!

We visited on boxing day and were served by perhaps the nicest lady in Britain. She was bright and bubbly and made both me and my partner laugh and we left the store really happy that we decided to stop. The hot chocolate was amazing and perfect temperature and the croissants were yummy!

Very quiet for all my visits. Excellent InstaVolt chargers. Very handy. A little awkward from the South-West; you have to overshoot then double back but they have more chargers than the garage you pass en route.

Calm atmosphere, allows dogs. Very peaceful and quite. Comfortable seating and great customer service

Me and my boyfriend went to this Starbucks on Monday the 20th July and had the most amazing costumer service! We went through the drive through and a young man called Nathaniel I think served us and was so professional and friendly! Our drinks were so tasty and looked amazing!! I don’t usually write reviews but I just had to as our experience was unreal I’d definitely recommend this Starbucks! 🤩

Ordered a coffee, the member of staff decided to clock off before making my order! Didn’t even have to complain, another member of staff without prompt apologised and refunded my drink. Good to see the staff care about the customer experience (well most of them!).

Often visit this store and today got to the counter and staff not only remembered my order but made it before i got to the till :)

Great coffee served fast by lovely staff. Tables set out to easily social distance. Quiet enough too. Away from the hustle and bustle off town. Plenty of parking and a drive thru if passing through.
