Portlands express

I disagree with a previous rated, for its location the service here is pretty good. Unfortunately you can’t control the sort of people that visit it, which by and large are office district people. I’ve been going here for 6 years and have never seen anything that made me want to rate it poorly.

Just a regular store. Ample space, staffs are fine, clean store area and an easy get in get out shop

Terrible customer service, the woman cashier just throws me the receipt on the counter. I will never spend any money there again. These people need to learn some manners!

No Customer service. Arrived to collect a Too Good to Go food waste bag and lady didnt even look at me and just waved her hand and said cancelled..manager cancelled.

Well the manage obviously hadnt cancelled as the app still said it was live. Then just completely ignored me and carried on doing poor paperwork.

I wont even shop here again.

The customer service is so poor in this shop that its embarrassing,they demand you pay by cash,never greets the customers and they always have a frown look on thier faces.
