Not the normal store I'd go to but was in the area. Really glad I did, the service at this store was the best of any Charles Tyrwhitt's I'd been to. Had an awful experience at the Jermyn Street store a couple of months back and this was the polar opposite. I'd go out of my way to go to this store as opposed to others. I need to mention Richard and his colleague in particular, they were terrific, they didn't rush me even though there were a few people in the store and were very approachable. 10/10.

Absolutely wonderful service. Went in to look for a very last minute shirt and accessories for my partner. Had no idea where to look but asked member of staff Ali, and he helped me work out sizing, buttons, and cufflinks and even steamed it as I needed it straight away. Cannot emphasise what a lifesaver this was especially after visiting Moss Bros opposite and possibly having the worst customer service I have ever experience

Very surprised by this store. It looks expensive but prices are reasonable for good quality clothing. As well as different fits of short, we have suits, casual jumpers as well as footwear. Worth a visit

Definitely recommend this place if you want the perfect tailor that would go the extra mile for you. His name is Richard and he’s serious about his stuff. Super passionate and went the extra mile for you. After a very long journey to various different suit shops and none having my preferred size, this shop didn’t fail to impress me. Satisfied with everything the suit is perfect. Gotta thank Richard.

Great store, superb customer service and will always go the extra mile (even picking up other items from a nearby store!) Recently went in for a suit fitting and was out within 20 mins, having had a full measure up. Credits to the tailor Richard who was incredibly helpful and attentive.

A huge thank you to Richard and his colleagues at this branch, was able to get a suit (and shirts) fitted and altered on really short notice for an event. The suit is great and the service was top - highly recommend this store.

Went to a few suit/shirts stores in Holborn and by far the most helpful was Ali and Bryan at Charles Tyrnwhitt! They advised me perfectly on what suited my body type! Thank you!

I would give this 5 stars solely on the customer service as he (Richie) enlighten us about the differences in suits as this was our first time buying suits. Richie was very informative and helpful towards us and led us to buy a beautiful suits

Ordered online and picked up my shirts in good order from very pleasant staff, could not ask for more.

Amazing customer service - I couldn’t collect a parcel I had arranged for click and collect as I was self isolating with covid and the in store team took the parcel to the post office and wouldn’t let me pay the postage. Super grateful to them for such kindness.

I ordered four jackets to try in the shop last week, with the help of a fantastic Lilly. Today I went into the shop to see which one to go for. I settled on the blue Prince of Wales check luxury border tweed jacket and Lilly's help was outstanding.

Being a stylist, Lilly was able to advise on which jacket really suited my style and complexion, as well as what I could wear it with. Her friendly nature made her very approachable and I will definitely be going back for shirts, suits, jackets and more in the future.

I have been buying CT shirts ever since they were able to ship to the US. Love their products! During my first visit to London, I wanted to visit a physical store. What a treat it was to meet great people at Holborn facility! I really just wanted to see the store, but it was impossible to leave without buying a tie or two. I was assisted by Lilly and 300 pounds later I walked away with new coat and few other items. Lilly was absolutely delightful to work with. Thank you for the great customer service and awesome product!

Enjoyable place to shop as the shop is well laid out and easy to find what I wanted..open weekends which is a plus for me,,,they currently have a sale on,,4 shirts for 139 pounds,,a good quality polo shirts,,had for my size,,so well stocked,,

Couldn't be happier with the service from Richard, he was incredibly knowledgeable and happy to help. Left with a suit I'm very happy with.
