Visited boots today and was so impressed with the customer service. Angela customer services went the extra mile to hunt down some fenjal body spray. She was charming,, friendly and so happy to help. Also thanks to the member of staff who patiently helped me through the self service. . This branch is a gem . A great shopping experience. Thankyou Boots, Talbot Green.

What a gem of a retail shop. The staff were excellent when visited on Saturday 22nd October. The customer service was second to none. I bought a 3000 series Phillips shaver on offer. Superb shaver after my previous shaver packed in. The smooth shave is as good as a razor wet shave. Well done Boots!!!

Went in for some advice on make up which I never wear. The girls on the make up counter were very helpful and non judgemental. Many thanks to Helen who sorted me out with some make up!

Love, love this store. Friendly welcoming staff however the makeup girls do have a tendency to.look down their noses at you, if you haven't blended, look like a clown or even resemble Marge Simpson....Or even wear makeup at all. That's a sin!! Thank goodness for.masks. The perfume lady is amazing!!
The pharmacy is great too. Have always loved Boots x

Mohanned is one extremely helpful, welcoming member of staff who went above and beyond to make my visit to the store a happy and productive one! I have never been treated so well in any store - look after him - he’s a keeper, what a pleasure it was to meet him - awesome customer service from him.

I never find the time to write reviews, but I felt he deserves recognition and gratitude for sure.

I came away with some lovely Clinique products and perfume for my daughters birthday (obviously paid for) but Mohanned went out of his way to make the products extra special by adding some finishing touches himself. He was excellent in assisting me with what deals were best for me and knew exactly what offers were on at the time.

I'm so impressed with this store. I went in yesterday looking for a concealer that doesn't emphasis fine wrinkles. I spoke to both the benefit and the clinique ladies who were so helpful and they had a great way to allow you to test the colours using small pots that was covid secure.

I walked out knowing I had bought the right concealer and shade. The clinique beyond perfecting concealer. I am happy to spend the money when I know the product is right. I think this kind of makeup concession style should be rolled out to more boots stores especially since all the department stores seem to be closing down now!

Claire and Kyria gave fantastic customer service to both my daughter and I when buying No 7 products. They were both professional and informative. Both of the engaged with us and nothing was too much trouble. I went back the following week for a make over and left feeling a million dollars! They should both be commended for their service. Very welcoming staff and friendly service helped me with everything I needed as I wasn't used to shopping in a store that was all women in the shop and felt nervous about shopping there but I was greeted by a lovely lady who made my experience shopping relaxing and enjoyable to be in the store and helped me find everything I wanted and even advised me on there offers could not of been a better experience than I was given thanks to the staff

Went for splints for my grandsons hands and wrists. They had exactly what he needed. Today 3rd May bought diabetic chocolate, sweets and shortbread biscuits for my husband.

Good selection of perfumes, aftershaves and general everyday items all reasonably priced. Also provides a small area selling sandwiches and soft drinks.
