Great small live music venue that holds around 1000 people. Several music events every month. There is a viewing balcony which gives pre booked priority to people that require access arrangements. Very reasonably priced bar with decent beers.

This was my first time to the Tramshed to see Rob Lamberti, as George Michael. A great venue and wherever you are you're not far from the stage. Bar and standing room only on the ground floor and another bar and seated area on the first. Great atmosphere and bar staff worked very hard. A fantastic venue and will be looking to go next time there's an act I want to see. Thanks for a great night

I came here for my first ever gig. I had a little difficulty finding parking on a busy Saturday night but eventually got a space at Cardiff central railway station on dusk till dawn reduced price parking. The Tramshed was an easy ten minute walk. The venue is very well run with good security and a cloakroom which costs £2. The facilities are good. I had a fantastic evening arriving at 9pm and leaving at 1.30 am. I recommend this place whatever the event. Thumbs up from me. 😀

A great place for a smaller concert. We went to see Theory of a Deadman and there was ample room, a bar and a balcony to get a better view from.
Parking is easy there’s plenty of surrounding streets and we parked there for free. Easy to find and accessible for wheelchair users.

Tramshed is an iconic venue in Cardiff, hosting a wide range of events with all sorts of music performances taking place! I have even had a work evening here where our company rented out the venue.

The venue is of a decent size, I have never felt like it was overcrowded. It has a bar near the stage with a good selection of drinks along with large toilet facilities.

The sound here is also quite good, the venue seems to be well equipped acoustically.

Went to see Dirty Honey . My mate is on crutches and needed seats. Contacted Tramshed and told to book tickets and they'll sort it. What a smooth process. We arrived,I dropped him off at entrance. Security allowed him to wait for me to park up. We then had a place near front of Q. Names in door, escorted to elevator, then greeted upstairs, escorted to our seats. Alison and Bushra were excellent,as were all staff we encountered. Such a pleasant experience for my mate ,who finds it so difficult to get to gigs these days. We shall return.

Maya Delilah was absolutely brilliant, but I've never been to a gig where people were talking so loud at the bar and in the venue, that it was a genuine struggle to hear the act!
We all had to do a shush at one point just to hear the song, but that only lasted for about a minute.

I was really hoping that the security stood in front of all the people shout talking by the bar would have asked them to be a bit quieter, but unfortunately they didn't. I felt sorry for Maya, as she walked off the stage quite abruptly upon finishing her last song.

Great venue. Capacity of 1000 so you're never far from the stage and the acoustics are good. Always found the staff helpful and the bar prices are reasonable.

Excellent venue. I would recommend getting there early as it's a small stage and limited visibility if you are at the back. Highly recommended going upstairs. Great view of the stage without the hustle of the crowd.

Proper music venue. Sticky carpets. Slight smell of funny fags. Balcony gives a great view of the acts. Saw Shed Seven tonight and they were bloody excellent. Venue is easy to get to from main routes into Cardiff. Lots of parking in nearby streets. Smashing.

We visited here to watch a band and whilst the building isn't the biggest venu available in Cardiff it is certainly a great place.

All staff working were professional and friendly.

Great smaller venue than with lot of atmosphere when band starts not like large venues. Get up close and personal with bands with great sound. Easy to get into and out off my preferred choice to watch live bands if only lot more would play here. Yes drinks are a bit pricey but suppose this is what keeps it going so worth it in end.

A great music venue, last night was my first time using their pre booked, accessibility level. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful, making it an excellent experience all round. Special mention to staff member Alison and the lady who was her co worker on the upstairs level. As a side note, I saw someone who needed the area who had not pre booked, but they were accommodated exactly as if they had.

Went to tram sheds for first time to see Icicle Works & Big Country 80 s bands.
Excellent venue.
I have a disability and they were amazing. They helped me through the crowds to the merchandise table . There is no way I'd have been able to do this without help from staff . I met band members from the Icicle works. We were upstairs with seats as I can't stand for very long. Working clean lift. Bar upstairs which wasn't busy at all which was a bonus. Staff working in the venue were brilliant. I could easily get up and down in the lift as it wasn't available to general public so no long waits & being last out of a venue which normally happens.

First visit to The Tramshed Cardiff to see Alabama3.
Excellent venue. Great to see a venue with a balcony. Makes for a great vibe. Bar is big enough to cope.
Easy access for wheelchairs.
I'll be there again for Cadillac Three.

Went to the Vegan festival here and it was a great venue!
The atmosphere was good and big enough for plenty different stalls, including hot food. Outdoor seating area was great too
