Miller & Carter Cardiff Bay

Had a lovely three course meal from the lunchtime menu at £19.95 and plus a £6.50 supplement for filet mignon 5oz.
The steak was cooked perfectly rare, it was tender melted in the mouth (Thank you Grill Chef Harry).

Our Server was Aldo who was helpful and wished my mum a happy birthday when he saw the card on the table.
He also had a plate sent out with happy birthday, written on it at the end of the meal.

I highly recommend the lunchtime menu and look forward to my next visit.

My fiance treated me to a surprise meal last night and we had such lovely food and service, we felt we had to share. We were mainly served by Angie, who was lovely and a great laugh but everyone who served us was professional and the food we had was excellently cooked. We will definitely be back one day. Keep up the great work!

First time going to a Miller and Carter and I must say it was beautiful and what a great experience. The meat was insanely good and I enjoyed the food so much I don't like onion but that onion hash well it's was so tasty and I loved it. I must say our server Joe was fantastic, he helped me know the menu and what he would recommend he really made the effort to help me and made me feel comfortable, there was no sense of pressure to buy the expensive bits he was true and honest. I also had a surprise little birthday treat which was so cute and very sweet. Thank you again, can't wait to return

My recent visit to Miller & Carter in Cardiff, Wales was a carnivore's dream come true. I ordered the Ribeye steak cooked medium rare, to share and I can confidently say it was a perfectly executed culinary masterpiece.

The Ribeye arrived at my table with a sizzle, seared to perfection and still gently pink in the center, just as I had requested. The first bite was an explosion of flavor – the meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with rich, beefy goodness. The seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the natural flavors of the steak without overpowering them. The flavor and fat content was perfection.

Beyond the outstanding steak, the dining experience at Miller & Carter was exceptional. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, from assisting with beer pairings to promptly addressing any requests.

Miller & Carter Steakhouse clearly takes pride in their craft, and it shows in the quality of their steaks. If you're a steak enthusiast, I highly recommend indulging in their Ribeye cooked medium rare – it's a taste sensation that will leave you craving more. It was undoubtedly a meal to remember, and I look forward to returning to explore their menu further.

Fun fact: most stains are acidic in nature from hamburger fat to dirt and soft drinks. I take pride in being an acidic shrew compared to some of the basic shrews that unfortunately you have to deal with as customers #socks&sliders. The staff here does not deserve a bad reputation as they had done a brilliant job with our steaks and fantastic service. Keep up the good work and do not let them keep you down.

Lovely steakhouse and venue, great food. Worth the cost. Very busy so bookings are essential!

Food was excellent, I had the 50 day aged Angus ribeye and my partner had the salmon, both were delicious.
Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Will definitely return.

Served by Jose today who made our dining experience a delight. His friendly smile and personality shone through, nothing was too much trouble for him. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed, one of the best servers I’ve experienced in a long time.
Food cooked by chef Jamie was outstanding as always. Can’t wait to return.

The Lamb Steak is perfectly soft. The service from the ladies is very gentle and makes us feel warm.

Its our normal date night venue & every time is georgeous! The staff cant do enough for you and the cocktails and steaks are to die for!

Came here with my wife for our anniversary. Been wanting to come for a while. We really loved it. The whole place was warm and welcoming with a great atmosphere. The staff were also friendly, helpful and lovely to chat to. The food was also amazing. I've heard good things and it did not disappoint. This isn't our local Miller & Carter but would definitely be visiting our local one very soon!

We are regular visitors to the Cardiff Bay branch. On Valentines Day, we joined friends for lunch, and once again, it didn't disappoint.
Our waiter, Joe, was extremely attentive despite the restaurant being absolutely full to the rafters! Another great experience and the steaks were beautiful. We'll be back soon!

Great experience much better than the others ones I’ve been too. Our waiter Attila was very great and helpful and props to the chef Craig for 3 beautiful steaks. Would recommend.

The food was great and everyone enjoyed their meal. The chicken and mushroom sauce dish wasn't something I would've thought to get but tasted great.

Before visiting I thought the good reviews were purely based on the premium brand but the service and food is at exceptional quality.
