Argos Talbot Green Retail Park

Very conveniently located Argos. We usually order online for in-store collection and find most items are available on the same day.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have had to return a few items over the years and have always found this to be a fairly straightforward and painless experience.

The shop shares a car park with the wider retail park which can get busy at times. The car park is usually much quieter in the evenings and I have always been able to park fairly close to the entrance. Staff are usually happy to help you take larger items to your car if necessary.

There are a couple of disabled spaces near the shop entrance. As these are quite limited, you might want to try to visit at a quieter time of day if you will need a disabled space.

I mean it does everything you expect an Argos to do, but MAN, it’s not quite the same vibe as the place you used to go to pop all your Xmas toys orders in. Such an empty, soulless space, but by God it’s still efficient.

This my favourite argos because although it's usually fairly busy. The staff are fast and very efficient meaning your waiting time is minimal. Also having shopped here for many years they are rarely out of stock, and if they are you can expect them to get your order post haste. Excellent customer service. :).

Staff are always helpful and will go out of theyre way help you and sort out any problems you might have.

I purchased a Samsung mobile phone and Sam (Talbot Green) was most helpful in setting up my phone to be compatible with Giff Gaff. The service was first class and her assistance was most appreciated. Many thanks once again Sam for your help.

After a weeks long agony over the phone and in store I finally experienced fantastic customer service from a Manager called Liam. Cannot praise him and his support staff on shift enough, from feeling quite humiliated on a previous visit Liam has restored my faith in fair customer service, plus I will now return to Argos.

Excellent service never have to wait long to get served. Parking a nightmare and disabled spaces the few available are always taken.
